Yo: Desde hace tiempo que debieron darle ese puesto a ella, tiene todas las cualidades para ser la
directora de recursos humanos. Además, todos los empleados la quieren mucho.

Ella: Pero hay un detalle y es que se debe cuidar mucho de las malas vibras que algunas personas tienen.

Yo: Eso es claro existen personas que no van a tomar este ascenso de buena gana y le van a dar mucha
guerra.

Ella: Va a tener que ponerse firme y fuerte, esta compañía no es fácil de manejar y siempre hay el que

Yo: Muy cierto, pero de eso se trata el ser director de recursos humanos, conocer a la gente y sus
diferentes culturas para poder ofrecerle el mejor trato y poder bregar con las situaciones que puedan
existir.

Ella: El director de recursos humanos tiene mucha responsabilidad y todas son muy importante ya que

saludable.
