Fui con mi novio en moto al zoológico de Ukumari en Noviembre del 2021, porque era mi
cumpleaños.

El viaje duró 3 horas, fue un poco pesado, cuando regresamos a Cali no sentíamos las piernas. Y
casi nos varamos por allá.

Fue muy chévere el viaje porque vimos mucha naturaleza, varios paisajes, se sintió relajante.

Cuando llegamos, nos entregaron un mapa donde uno puede ver donde están todos los animales,
es un zoológico muy grande, pero sentí que no habían muchos animales. Igualmente fue chistoso
recorrer el zoológico porque se nos dificultó ubicarnos en el mapa.

Tuvimos que pagar aproximadamente cien mil pesos, treinta y cinco se nos fue en el ticket para
cada uno, es decir setenta mil pesos, cuatro mil pesos costó el parqueadero de la moto, para la
gasolina gastamos veinte mil pesos y lo que sobró lo utilizamos para comprar agua.

Atrás puedes ver unos dibujos que se asemejan a las pinturas que hay en las cuevas de África.

Y de hecho en eso consiste el zoológico de Ukumari, porque ellos tienen animales cuyas especies
provienen del África, pero son animales rescatados. Allá los animales están operados, es decir que
no se pueden reproducir. Aquí pueden ver cebras que comparten el lugar con cabras y avestruz,
hay zarigüeyas, aquí vimos una familia de zarigüeyas habían unos muy pequeños, y por acá la foto
de un león pero estaba durmiendo.

Por acá hay rinocerontes, su hábitat está muy cerca del público, yo pensé que en cualquier
momento se podían venir corriendo hacia nosotros, también hay elefantes, ellos tienen una
cascada donde se bañan y una piedra grande donde se rascan. Vimos jirafas y por último mi novio
le tomó fotos a este canario, el canario no hace parte del zoológico pero yo estaba fascinada de
ver esos canarios en ese lugar.

Y ese fue nuestro paseo para el zoológico de Pereira, fue muy chévere y me encantaría volver a
repetirlo.

I went to the Ukumari Zoo in November 2021 with my boyfriend on motorcycle, because it was my

The trip was very cool because we saw a lot of nature, various landscapes, it felt relaxing.

When we arrived, they gave us a map where one can see where all the animals are, it is a very big
zoo, but I felt that there were not many animals. It was also funny to tour the zoo because it was
difficult for us to locate ourselves on the map.

This is my boyfriend, Juan Pablo, we had to pay approximately one hundred thousand pesos,
thirty-five went on the ticket for each one, that is to say seventy thousand pesos, four thousand
pesos cost the motorcycle parking lot, for gasoline we spent twenty thousand pesos and we used
what was left over to buy water.

In the back you can see some drawings that resemble the paintings that are in the caves of Africa.

And in fact, that is what the Ukumari Zoo is about, because they have animals whose species come
from Africa, but they are rescued animals. There the animals are operated, that is to say that they
cannot reproduce. Here you can see zebras that share the place with goats and ostrich, there are
opossums, here we saw a family of opossums there were some very small ones, and over here a
photo of a lion but it was sleeping.

There are rhinoceroses here, their habitat is very close to the public, I thought that at any moment
they could come running towards us, there are also elephants, they have a waterfall where they
bathe and a large stone where they scratch. We saw giraffes and lastly my boyfriend took pictures
of this canary, the canary is not part of the zoo but I was fascinated to see those canaries in that
place.

And that was our trip to the Pereira zoo, it was very cool and I would love to do it again.
