1. REQUERIMIENTO BRUTO DE PRODUCCION

Es un procedimiento sistemático de planificación de componentes de

fabricación, el cual traduce un Plan Maestro de Producción en necesidades
reales de materiales, en fechas y cantidades. El MRP funciona como un
sistema de información con el fin de gestionar los inventarios de demanda
dependiente y programar de manera eficiente los pedidos de reabastecimiento.

2. ESTANDARIZACIÓN

La estandarización es el proceso de ajustar características en un producto,

servicio o procedimiento; con el objetivo de que éstos se asemejen a un tipo,
modelo o norma en común.

3. ALTERNATIVAS DE CAPACIDAD

Alternativas para modificar su nivel de capacidad como, por ejemplo, mejorar

procesos, subcontratar horas extras, etc.

El sistema push se refiere cuando el proceso de producción elabora producto

terminado o en proceso y lo sigue produciendo sin importar si el siguiente
proceso lo necesita o tiene la capacidad para su respectivo consumo, por eso
se distingue como empujar.
 6. BOM BILL OF MATERIALS

Es una lista o un documento que define todos los elementos indispensables

para llevar a cabo un proceso de producción. Por lo general, la lista de
materiales interviene en las etapas de diseño, producción y ensamblaje de un
producto.

7. PLAN MAESTRO DE PRODUCCION

Es una herramienta que nos permite cumplir en tiempo y forma con la demanda
de los clientes, al mismo tiempo que cuidamos la rentabilidad del negocio.

The push system refers to when the production process produces a finished

the next process needs it or has the capacity for its respective consumption,
