2002/07/19 Válvula de alivio (principal) - Prueba y ajuste (RENR6607)

SMCS - 5069 i01768758

posición OFF. Consulte Prueba y ajuste, "Rendimiento del motor - Prueba" para conocer las configuraciones de rpm del motor.

8. Coloque la palanca de control de activación hidráulica en la posición DESBLOQUEADA.

9. Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° ± 5°C (131° ± 9°F).

10. Slowly move the left travel control lever to full FORWARD position and check the pressure gauge reading at pressure tap (2). The
pressure setting should be 34300 ± 490 kPa (4950 ± 72 psi). If the pressure gauge reading is not 34300 ± 490 kPa (4950 ± 72 psi), the
relief valve must be adjusted.

11. In order to adjust the relief valve, perform the following steps:

a. Return the left travel control lever to the NEUTRAL position.

b. Loosen locknut (6) and turn adjustment plug (5).

Note: Turn adjustment plug (5) clockwise in order to increase the pressure. Turn adjustment plug (5) counterclockwise in order to
decrease the pressure.

Note: Always make final pressure adjustments on pressure rise.

c. Repeat step 10.

12. Repeat step 10 and step 11 until the pressure gauge is set to the correct reading.

13. Tighten locknut (6) to a torque of 29.4 ± 2 N·m (22 ± 1 lb ft).

Note: Cycle the circuit three times and recheck the line relief valve pressure. This is done in order to verify that the line relief valve
pressure setting has not changed. Repeat the adjustment procedure if the line relief valve pressure setting has not changed.

Implement Operation
1. Position the machine on level ground.

2. Stop the engine.

3. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Testing And Adjusting, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

5. Start the engine.

6. Place the machine controls at the following settings: engine speed dial "10" and Low idle switch OFF. Refer to Testing and Adjusting,
"Engine Performance - Test" for engine rpm settings.

7. Place the hydraulic activation control lever in the UNLOCKED position.

8. Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° ± 5°C (131° ± 9°F).

9. Slowly move the joystick for the stick to the STICK IN position. Hold the joystick for the stick in the position and check the pressure gauge
reading at pressure tap (2). The pressure setting should be 29900 ± 490 kPa (4350 ± 72 psi). If the pressure reading is not
29900 ± 490 kPa (4350 ± 72 psi), the relief valve must be adjusted.

10. In order to adjust the relief valve, perform the following steps:

a. Return the joystick for the stick to the NEUTRAL position.

b. Loosen locknut (4) and turn adjustment screw (3).

Note: Turn adjustment screw (3) clockwise in order to increase the pressure. Turn adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise in order to
decrease the pressure.

Note: Always make final pressure adjustments on pressure rise.

c. Repeat step 9.

11. Repeat step 9 and step 11 until the pressure gauge is set to the correct reading.

12. Return the joystick for the stick to the NEUTRAL position.

13. Tighten locknut (4) to a torque of 29.4 ± 2 N·m (22 ± 1 lb ft).

Note: Cycle the circuit three times and recheck the line relief valve pressure. This is done in order to verify that the line relief valve
pressure setting has not changed. Repeat the adjustment procedure if the line relief valve pressure setting has changed.

Temporary Setting of the Main Relief Valve

1. The main relief valve pressure setting for the travel circuit should be 34300 ± 490 kPa (4950 ± 72 psi). The main relief valve pressure
setting for the implement circuit should be 29900 ± 490 kPa (4350 ± 72 psi). If the main relief valve is not within the specification, adjust
the main relief valve pressure settings to the correct pressure specification before performing Step 2. Refer to Testing and Adjusting,
"Relief Valve (Main) - Test and Adjust".
