1.- Primera Parte:

Tema del contenido: Used To- Did

Did cómo auxiliar no significa absolutamente NADA. No tiene una traducción al

español, pero es útil para la gramática del inglés. Porque en inglés siempre se
debe usar un auxiliar para hacer preguntas o negar una oración.

Ejemplo 1: Oración Interrogativa

Did he writethisletter? ¿Él escribió esta carta?

En la frase anterior, podemos traducir todas las palabras, excepto el auxiliar did:

He: él
Write: escribir
This: esta
Letter: carta

Ejemplo 2: Oración Negativa

I didnot eat yesterday Yo no comí ayer

I: Yo
Not: no
Eat: comer
Yesterday: ayer
En las dos oraciones anteriores el auxiliar DID no significa nada (como ya vimos),
entonces:

¿Para qué lo usamos el auxiliar DID?

Lo usamos por una simple, pero, a la vez, poderosa razón: para formar la
estructura correcta de las oraciones interrogativas y las oraciones negativas en el
pasado simple en inglés. Entonces, su único uso es ayudarnos a formar el pasado
simple.

¿Qué ocurre si lo omitimos?

Si no se usa, las oraciones carecen de sentido gramatical y son incorrectas. Es

obligatorio utilizar un auxiliar.

¿Por qué no se puede usar en afirmativo?

Porque para él afirmativo en pasado simple el verbo cambia a su forma del

pasado. Vamos a ver tres ejemplos, compara las estructuras:

1. + She bought a gif Ella compró un regalo

– She did not buy a gif Ella no compró un regalo
¿ Dids he buy a gif? Compró ella un regalo?

2. + I called you yesterday Yo te llamé ayer

– I did not call you yesterday Yo no te llamé ayer

3. ¿ Did I call you yesterday? Te llamé ayer?

Si analizamos los dos ejemplos, podemos notar que no usamos DID en oraciones
afirmativas.
Ejemplos:

I did home work Hice la tarea

He did me a favor me hizo un favor
We did the shopping Hicimos las compras
 2. Segunda Parte: Composición escrita de mi Infancia

Mi Infancia

Viví una infancia muy feliz, junto a mis padres, era una niña muy amada y
consentida por mis padres y abuelos, cuando yo nací mi hermana tenía 16 años, y
ella me cuidaba y me quiere mucho.

Me gustaba jugar con mis muñecas y mis peluches, también correr tras mi
perrito que se llama junior, el ha crecido conmigo, tengo sonrisas cuando recuerdo
mi niñez, mi madre estuvo siempre pendiente mí. Crecí con mis dos abuelas y mis
tíos y primos, como olvidar esos bellos recuerdos de mi infancia, como extraño
esos tiempos, era como vivir en el cielo.

El apartamento donde crecí, es pequeño pero me encanta estar allí, tengo

un cuarto para mi sola, los días que viví en la escuela fueron geniales me divertía
mucho con mis amigas y mucho más cuando salíamos al recreo, jugábamos a la
escondidas y jugábamos con la pelota. Me gustaba participar en todas las
actividades que hacían en la escuela. Siempre me gustaron los animales y me
gustaba ir al parque y a la playa y sobre todo comer helados.

Mi infancia estuvo marcada por la alegría y el amor que recibí de mi madre

y mis abuelos quienes supieron guiar por el camino del bien, a veces reímos, a
veces lloramos pero siempre estuvimos juntos para apoyarnos en los momentos
más difíciles, eso es lo más hermoso de una familia, no importa lo mucho o poco
que podamos tener, lo más importante es luchar unidos y nunca rendirse.
 TRANSLATION

MY CHILDHOOD

I lived a very happy childhood, together with my parents, I was a girl very
loved and spoiled by my parents and grandparents, when I was born my sister was
16 years old, and she took care of me and loves me very much.

I liked to play with my dolls and my stuffed animals, also to run after my little
dog called junior, he has grown up with me, I have smiles when I remember my
childhood, my mother was always watching me. I grew up with my two
grandmothers and my uncles and cousins, how to forget those beautiful memories
of my childhood, how I miss those times, it was like living in heaven.

The apartment where I grew up is small but I love being there, I have a room
to myself, the days I lived at school were great I had a lot of fun with my friends
and much more when we went out to recess, played hide-and-seek and played
with the ball. I liked participating in all the activities they did at school. I always liked
animals and I liked going to the park and the beach and especially eating ice
cream.

My childhood was marked by the joy and love that I received from my
mother and my grandparents who knew how to guide the path of good, sometimes
we laughed, sometimes we cried but we were always together to support each
other in the most difficult moments, that's the most beautiful family, no matter how
much or little we may have, the most important thing is to fight together and never
give up.
