INTRODUCCION

En este ensayo, se basa en el propósito de entender el entorno del contador público como

contador general. Como podemos ver en su definición, funciones y su importancia en otros

aspectos en una empresa es imprescindible para el buen funcionamiento y maximización de sus

ganancias. El contador general nos permite llevar un registro sistemático y cronológico en

operaciones financieras. También es el responsable de la planificación, dirección, supervisión y

control de operaciones contables.

El contador general no sustituye al contador público, sino que toma las funciones de

uniformar, centralizar y consolidar la información contable, elaborando un balance general y

determinar las normas contables que deben regir en el podrán lograrse de esta manera un

importante perfeccionamiento técnico de la contabilidad oficial.

En conclusión el contador general es un puesto de gran importancia que aporta información

de utilidad para el proceso de toma de decisiones económicas. Cumpliendo con su deber de

registrar, analizar, clasificar y resumir dichas operaciones para volcarlas en un estado o balance

con información veraz.

CONTADOR GENERAL

Desde el origen de nuestra civilización siempre fue fundamental el saber con que

contábamos para nuestra supervivencia ya fuera ganado, herramientas, semillas para cultivos y

la administración de tierras para cultivar. Gracias a todas estas acciones fueron evolucionando

conforme iba avanzando la historia, fue de vital importancia alguien que pudiera llevar las

cuentas o notas de todas estas operaciones o acciones que se hacían en ese entonces. Ese es el

inicio de esta carrera de contador. Las funciones que tiene el contador han ido aumentando con

el tiempo al ser algo tan importante para las empresas y por lo tanto los cargos que este puede

ocupar. Su campo laborales muy grande ya que se pueden desenvolver en cualquier campo

comercial y de fundamentos económicos ya sean bancaria, hotelero, agropecuario, etc.

Este contador general es un profesional de deberá planificar, supervisar dirigir y controlar los

movimientos u operaciones contables de una empresas y siempre manteniendo los estados

financieros actualizados cumpliendo también las obligaciones tributarias emitidas oir entes de

control y también deberá tener buena comunicación son los dueños de la empresa para tenerlos

al tanto de todos los factores económicos por lo que pasa la empresa.

Estas son sus funciones:

 Realizar el análisis y conciliación de cuentas.

 Elaborar las liquidaciones de impuestos.

 Administrar la documentación contable e impositiva.

 Gestionar la relación con auditores internos y externos.

 Gestionar las relaciones con auditorias fiscales y reguladores.

 Coordinar y supervisar las funciones de contabilidad e la empresa, en base a

evaluaciones de rendimiento.

 Diseña he implementa los reportes gerenciales que facilite la interpretación correcta de

la información contable.

 Desarrolla e implementa nuevas estructuras contables y procedimientos de control que

fortalezca la actividad económica en la empresa.

Teniendo en cuenta las funciones que desempeña este profesional vemos que es de vital

importancia en la empresa `para su orden y constatar que sea legal y confiable ante los

organismos de control.

En este profesional se buscan varias aptitudes entre ellas que sea proactivo, comprometido,

dispuesto a aprender y asimilar las prácticas de la empresa, organizado, capaz de mantener un

excelente trato interpersonal, con buena de trabajar en equipo y con habilidades de liderazgo.

Responsable y enfocado en los resultados y en la calidad de la información a ser generada.

En resumen la contaduría general juega un papel muy importante en el mundo económico en

la toma de decisiones en una empresa o en un país y de esto depende de una persona íntegra y

con total confiabilidad en su carrera.

INTRODUCTION

 In this essay, it is based on the purpose of understanding the public accountant environment

as a general accountant. As we can see in its definition, functions and its importance in other

aspects in a company it is essential for the proper functioning and maximization of its profits.

The general accountant allows us to keep a systematic and chronological record in financial

operations. He is also responsible for the planning, direction, supervision and control of

accounting operations.

      The general accountant does not replace the public accountant, but takes the functions of

standardizing, centralizing and consolidating accounting information, drawing up a balance sheet

and determining the accounting standards that must govern in this way an important technical

improvement of accounting can be achieved in this way official.      In conclusion, the general

accountant is a position of great importance that provides useful information for the economic

decision-making process. Fulfilling its duty to record, analyze, classify and summarize said

operations to turn them into a state or balance with truthful information.

GENERAL COUNTER

 From the origin of our civilization, it was always essential to know that we had livestock,

tools, seeds for crops and the administration of land to cultivate for our survival. Thanks to all

these actions they evolved as the story progressed, it was vitally important someone who could

keep accounts or notes of all these operations or actions that were done at the time. That is the

beginning of this accountant career. The functions that the accountant has have been increasing

over time as it is something so important for companies and therefore the positions that it can

occupy. Their field of work is very large since they can operate in any commercial field and with

economic foundations, whether banking, hotel, agricultural, etc.

    This general accountant is a professional who must plan, supervise, direct and control the

accounting movements or operations of a company and always keeping the financial statements

up-to-date, also complying with the tax obligations issued and hearing control entities, and must

also have good communication with the owners of the company to keep them aware of all the

economic factors the company is going through.

     These are its functions:

• Carry out the analysis and reconciliation of accounts.

• Prepare tax settlements.

• Manage accounting and tax documentation.

• Manage the relationship with internal and external auditors.

• Manage relationships with tax audits and regulators.

• Coordinate and supervise the accounting functions of the company, based on performance

evaluations.

• Designs and implements management reports that facilitate the correct interpretation of

accounting information.

• Develops and implements new accounting structures and control procedures that strengthen

economic activity in the company.

Taking into account the functions that this professional performs, we see that it is of vital

importance in the company for his order and to verify that it is legal and reliable before the

control organisms.

In this professional, several skills are sought among them that are proactive, committed,

willing to learn and assimilate the practices of the company, organized, capable of maintaining

excellent interpersonal treatment, good teamwork and leadership skills. Responsible and focused

on the results and the quality of the information to be generated.

In summary, the general accounting plays a very important role in the economic world in

decision-making in a company or in a country and on this depends on a person with integrity and

complete reliability in his career
