INSTRUCTIVO:
1. Incluir la información por cada uno de los pozos o áreas en donde se ejerció actividad.
2. Colocar si hubo o no incidentes en el mes respectivo
3. Colocar # empleados que trabajaron en el mes
4. Colocar # dias trabajados por estos empleados en el mes
5. En las planillas diarias que tiene internamente cada contratista se suma dia a dia las horas hombre
trabajadas y se totaliza para el mes. Este dato se coloca en total horas hombre trabajadas.
6. Colocar las horas promedio diarias por trabajador en el mes respectivo.
7. El total de hombres trabajadas en el mes, está formulado. Su resultado es la multiplicación entre el total de
empleados en el mes (registrados), el número de días trabajados en el mes y las horas hombre promedio diario
trabajada.
8. Coloque los kilometros totales según la suma de vehículos que tengan y los kilometros recorridos diariamente.

INSTRUCTIONS:

5. On the daily schedules that every contractor has internally, the daily man hours worked are added and they are
totaled for the month. This data is placed in total man hours worked.
6. Place daily average hours per worker respective the month.
7. The total number of men worked in the month, is formulated. Its result is the multiplication of the total
employees in the month (registered), the number of working days in the month, and the average daily man hours
worked.
8. Place the total milage as the sum of vehiclesaccording to and daily milage.
