B) Estudié mecatronica en la UTP. Mi trabajo anterior fue en Empresa “ “
como……………... Me encargaba de …………………..
A) What are your biggest strengths?
B) Soy muy bueno arreglando cualquier tipo de fallas, trabajando bajo presión y hacer
los trabajos con excelencia
A) Why did you leave your previous job?
B) Luego de 5 años trabajando ahí, sentí que estaba listo para asumir nuevos retos.
Quería un ascenso, pero no hubo oportunidad, así que decidí buscar nuevas
experiencias en una organización diferente.
A) Qué sabes de nuestra organización?
B) Sé que es una gran organización que cuida muy bien a sus colaboradores.
También sé que recientemente abrieron una nueva oficina en Cancún, así que
están en crecimiento y tienen nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo.
A) ¿Por qué quieres trabajar aquí?
B) Industrias Hacedoras es una empresa líder en el ramo y creo que será un reto
para mí trabajar aquí, pero sin duda me permitirá desarrollar mis conocimientos.
A) Por qué deberíamos contratarte?
B) Primero, porque tengo 3 años de experiencia en un entorno similar al suyo,
además poseo una excelente habilidad para atender clientes y estoy dispuesto a
trabajar para ser el mejor.

B) I studied mechatronics at the UTP. My previous job was at Empresa ““
……Frodeemi… ... I was in charge of ……Project Manager… ..
A) What are your biggest strengths?
B) I am very good at fixing any type of failures, working under pressure and
doing the jobs with excellence
A) Why did you leave your previous job?
B) After 5 years working there, I felt it was time to take over new challenges. I
wanted a promotion, but there wasn’t any opportunity, so I decided to look
for new experiences in a different organization.
A) What do you know about our organization?
B) I know it’s a great organization that takes care of its workers. Also, you’ve
just opened an office in Cancún, so you are growing and have new
opportunities of development.
A) Why do you want to work here?
B) Industrias Hacedoras is leader in the industry and I believe it’ll be a
challenge for me to work here, but certainly it will help me to improve my
knowledge.
A) Why should we hire you?
B) First of all, I have 3 years of experience in a similar environment, I have
excellent customer care skills and I’m willing to work to be the best.
