ratura de funcionamiento, tensiones e inten-

una de nuestras máximas, destacando que el
100% de las luminarias que salen al mercado
han sido probadas tras su fabricación, tenien-
do actualmente índices de RMA inferiores al
1% en nuestros productos.
Esto es posible gracias a los test realizados
sobre muestras aleatorias de los productos
terminados. Entre el 5% y el 10% de todas
las luminarias pasan test de temperatura de
funcionamiento, test eléctricos, de imper-
meabilidad (IP), resistencia mecánica (IK) y
luminotécnicos (flujo lumínico, eficiencia, CRI,
temperatura de color y dispersión), con unos
resultados óptimos y desviaciones de los re-
sultados objetivo inferiores al 2%.

Es la medida utilizada en relación a una fuente de
luz para medir su capacidad de mostrar los colores
de un objeto de manera ‘real’, tomando como refe-
rencia la iluminación natural (luz solar). Dicho índi-
ce de reproducción cromática (CRI) se mide de 0 a
100, siendo 100 el valor correspondiente al espec-
tro visible completo, igualando la luz natural del día.
TEMPERATURA DE COLOR - K
/ COLOR TEMPERATURE - K
Medida teórica de la temperatura en grados Kelvin
que necesita el cuerpo negro al ser calentado para
emitir la luz del mismo color que la fuente lumino-
sa analizada. Existe un diagrama normalizado de
los diferentes colores o longitudes de onda que va
emitiendo el cuerpo negro o “radiador perfecto”,
de acuerdo a los grados Kelvin a los que va siendo
sometido. La temperatura de color nos indica el
color aparente del cuerpo, existiendo tres grandes
grupos:
- Blanco cálido (Luz amarilla):
2200ºK a 3500ºK aproximadamente.
- Blanco neutro:
3500ºK a 4500ºK aproximadamente.
- Blanco frío (luz blanca):
De 4500ºK a 6500ºK aproximadamente.
La temperatura de color elegida debe concordar
con el entorno en el que se instala para dar una
sensación más confortable y agradable. Para com-
probar la adecuada relación existe un diagrama que
podemos consultar llamado “Curvas de Kruithol”.

It is the measurement used in relation to a light

REGULACIÓN POR DOBLE NIVEL

Dispositivo fabricado por NTE como alternativa a
los drivers con regulación de doble nivel. Las ven-
tajas con respecto a los drivers que incorporan esta
opción son las siguientes:
- Se puede instalar en cualquier luminaria que in-
cluya una fuente regulable 1-10V DC, de forma que
podemos actualizar luminarias ya instaladas sin ne-
cesidad de modificar el cableado de la instalación.
- Es más económico que una fuente estándar que
incluya la opción de regulación a doble nivel de fá-
brica.
- Cuenta con hasta ocho escalones de regulación
frente a tres o cinco, que es lo estándar en las fuen-
tes del mercado.
- Consumo despreciable.
- Tamaño muy reducido, por lo que se integra per-
fectamente en el mismo habitáculo del driver de
cualquier luminaria.
- Posibilidad de que el cliente elija las potencias y
horas de funcionamiento en cada una de ellas.

ta con hasta 10 años de garantía.

NORMATIVA LUMÍNICA / LIGHTING REGULATIONS
Test LM79 – Datos lumínicos sobre una determina-
da lámpara. En este informe se incluyen detalles de

de color (CCT), índice de reproducción cromática
(CRI), detalles de la corriente máxima de los LEDs y,
la temperatura de máxima de la carcasa de los LEDs

Test LM80 – La vida media de un LED, así como su
decaimiento lumínico depende de varios factores,
siendo uno de los más significativos la temperatura
de funcionamiento del diodo. Todos estos paráme-
tros se tienen en cuenta en el test LM80.
Se obtienen información sobre la durabilidad y
mantenimiento del flujo lumínico de paquetes de
LEDs. Se ponen a prueba una cierta cantidad de
leds a temperaturas de 55ºC, 85ºC y una tercera
habitualmente de 105ºC. Esto se repite con dife-
rentes intensidades. La prueba se realiza durante
un mínimo de 6000 horas y un máximo habitual de
10000 horas. La emisión de luz de los diodos, así
como otros parámetros (temperatura de color, CRI,
etc) se comprueban y normalizan cada 1000 horas,
comparando con el valor inicial de la prueba que es
tomado como el 100%. Con los datos obtenidos en
cada medición, se realiza una tabla con los valores
obtenidos a lo largo del estudio.
Test TM21 – Predicción del mantenimiento del
flujo luminoso a largo plazo de fuentes de luz LED.
Concluida la prueba LM80, se pasan los datos de la
misma por métodos de cálculo recomendados por
IESNA, creando una tabla teórica con la extrapola-
ción de los datos de laboratorio obtenidos anterior-
mente en LM80, proyectándolos en el tiempo. En la
misma se aprecia la curva de decaimiento lumínico
a cada una de las tres temperaturas medidas hasta
un máximo del 70% del flujo inicial. De estos cálcu-
los, es de donde se obtienen los parámetros L y B
que aparecen en las fichas técnicas de la mayoría de
las luminarias, donde la “L” indica la estimación de
flujo lumínico en % al final de un ciclo de tiempo en
horas y “B” indica la cantidad de leds en % que pasa-
do ese periodo en horas no mantiene el mínimo de
características declaradas. Por ejemplo una lumina-
ria L80B20 a las 50.000 horas, nos indica que al final
de ese periodo de 50.000h, el flujo lumínico de la

DISPOSITIVO MAESTRO / MASTER DEVICE
Se trata de un dispositivo físico (hardware) que se
encarga de controlar la totalidad de la instalación (o
una parte de ella si conviven varios Maestros en la
misma implantación). Este dispositivo controla cada
elemento de la instalación, así como su correcto
funcionamiento y detección de errores, sirviendo a
su vez de enlace o comunicador entre el usuario y la
instalación.
En una misma instalación pueden convivir hasta 255
Maestros diferentes.
La comunicación con el usuario se puede realizar bien
mediante la pantalla LCD y botonera incluida en el
dispositivo, bien mediante software de control desde
un PC a través de la red local (conexión con el disposi-
tivo por RJ45 o Wifi).
DISPOSITIVO ESCLAVO / SLAVE DEVICE
Dispositivos intermedios entre los MAESTROS y las
luminarias o sensores. Se encargan de ejecutar toda
tarea que les manda el MAESTRO, así como de reco-
pilar información que más tarde puede ser recupera-
da por el usuario. Hay dos tipos de Esclavos:
Esclavos ACTUADORES
Conectados al MAESTRO, se encargan de con-
trolar la potencia a la que se enciende una lumi-
naria (o grupo de luminarias), si la misma tiene
que variar o apagarse. Se conecta por par tren-
zado al MAESTRO y cuenta con cuatro canales
individuales (para controlar cuatro luminarias o
cuatro grupos de luminarias de forma indepen-
diente). Estos canales se conectan a los cables
de control 1-10V de cada luminaria. De forma
adicional, a cada actuador se le puede conectar
un sensor de luminosidad (opcional).
Esclavos SENSORES
Conectados al MAESTRO, se encargan de con-
trolar hasta cuatro sensores de presencia (o de
otro tipo), mandando la lectura de los mismos
(detección positiva o negativa) al MAESTRO
para indicarle si debe encender o apagar (me-
diante un Actuador) alguna luminaria.
La información que envían estos dispositivos se
usará según la configuración definida en la insta-

Posibilidades de uso / Applications

Se pueden definir diferentes modos de funcionamiento, tanto manual (el usuario decide si en-
ciende o apaga una luminaria, así como la potencia a la que lo hace), como un modo automático,
en el que las luminarias se encienden por detección de movimiento, a una intensidad marcada y
durante un tiempo determinado definido por el usuario. Pasada la detección y el tiempo estable-
cido, la luminaria se apagaría o bajaría su intensidad hasta un valor preestablecido.

Escalabilidad / Scalability
A cada MAESTRO se pueden conectar hasta
255 ESCLAVOS (entre SENSORES y ACTUA-
DORES), con cuatro canales por esclavo hacen
un total de
255 x 255 x 4 = 260.100 elementos
entre luminarias y sensores de presencia, por
lo que una instalación grande no supone pro-
blema alguno. En caso de necesitar más ele-
mentos, se puede crear una segunda red con
otros 255 maestros, y así sucesivamente hasta
completar la instalación, pudiendo añadir otro
tipo de sensores para instalaciones concretas
que así lo requieran.

Toda instalación debe contener un dispositi-

Dependiendo del tipo de instalación y sus
necesidades, tenemos diferentes tipos de
NODO: con conexión inalámbrica por radio-
frecuencia o por cable al BUS de datos. Res-
pecto a la funcionalidad, los NODOS pueden
ser para controlar sólamente luminarias o lu-
minarias y sensores de presencia. Cabe desta-
car que todo NODO acepta la conexión de un
sensor de luz (no incluido).
