z Abstract
The validation of analytical methods assays constitutes a premise for the realization of services
scientific technicians and a guarantee of the quality of the results to propose. The objective of the chemical
analysis is to generate correct results and one of the most important aspects to get correct results is to
validate the analytic method that will use. In the present work it is carried out the validation of the
determination of the ions sulfate, by the turbidimetric methods for that which the following parameters
are calculated: linearity, precision, detection and determination limits. During of the study, is utilize one
internal reference patterns, is realize assay of recovered of samples and the results obtained is compare
with the results obtained for the residual industrial samples study object in reference laboratory, though
hypothesis tests, Fisher tests and Student test, being demonstrated that do not exist significant differences
for 95 % of dependability among the same ones.
Key words: validation of analytical methods, sulfate, turbidimetric methods.
