Preguntas para pedir, ofrecer e invitar

Aquí tenemos preguntas corteses para pedir algo, ofrecer algo, e invitar a alguien a
hacer algo. Algunas de estas preguntas suenan un poco extrañas en su traducción al
español. Pero bueno. Créeme que la versión en inglés es como lo diríamos de forma
natural.

¿Puedo tomar un café?

Qué decir si no entiendes cuando alguien te habla

en inglés

¡No te quedes sin palabras si no entiendes! Hay muchas formas de pedir a alguien de
hablar más lento, de repetir lo que ha dicho, etc. Aquí tienes unas opciones para no
quedar en blanco al hablar…

¿Podrías repetirlo?
Q: Could you please repeat that?

A: I said “it’s down the stairs and to the left”.

¿Podrías hablar más lento?
