Para todos los dimetros de pistn la


tolerancia en la carrera se sita entre 0 y +2
mm.

The stroke tolerance for all piston diameters


and stroke lengths lies between 0 and +2
mm.

Tolerancias ms ajustadas de carrera


pueden obtenerse bajo demanda, indicando
la presin y la temperatura de servicio.

Tighter stroke tolerances can be requested,


details regarding the operating pressure and
operating temperature must however be

DRENAJE

Los cilindros se pueden suministrar con conexin


para drenaje, indicando B en la Opcin 1 de la
especificacin de pedido.

The cylinders can be supplied with drain, indicating


B in Option 1 of the ordering code.

Para cilindros con carreras largas o presin


constante ( cmara diferencial ), el fluido acumulado
entre el rascador y la junta de estanqueidad del
vstago puede ser drenado hacia el depsito por
medio de una tubera de drenaje.

For cylinders with long stroke lengths or constant


pressure ( differential circuit ), on the annular side, it
is possible to drain to tank via a drain line, the
medium which collects between the wiper and rod
seal.

Para la industria del automvil el orificio de drenaje


es igualmente utilizado para la comprobacin de
fugas de la junta de estanqueidad.

Additionally, within the automotive industry, the drain


connection is used to monitor seal wear.

Para evitar la formacin de una presin de retencin


en el conducto, conviene situar el depsito por
debajo del cilindro.

To avoid back pressure in the tank line, the tank


should be located below the cylinder.

amarre del cilindro que se desea, se comprueba en
las pginas precedentes las medidas correspondientes
al cilindro de Simple Vstago, que coincida con l.

Once the piston and rod diameters are defined as


well as the clamping type of the cylinder, in the
previous pages there are checked the dimensions
corresponding to the equivalent Simple Rod Cylinder.

Esas medidas se completarn con las sealadas en


el cuadro inferior de esta pgina, obteniendo con
ello las dimensiones completas del Cilindro de
Doble Vstago que se estudia.

Those dimensions and the ones marked in the table


at the end of this page, will complete the total data of
the Double Rod Cylinder under calculation.

El cilindro puede construirse con los dos vstagos


de diferente dimetro. En este caso, es imprescindible
que al realizar el pedido se defina exactamente la
posicin de cada uno de ellos respecto al amarre
del Cilindro.

screwed to the piston rod thread stop. Subsequently, the
clamping screws have to be tightened to the specified torque.
