Qu son las Oraciones Relativas?
Las oraciones especificativas (defining) y explicativas (non-defining) dan

Qu es El Estilo Indirecto?
El Estilo Indirecto (Indirect Speech o Reported Speech) es la estructura que
utilizamos para repetir lo que alguien ha dicho. En general, esta estructura cambia
a una forma del pasado, a menos que la oracin siga siendo vlida en el presente.

El Verbo Introductorio
Pronombres
Cuando se cambia una oracin del estilo directo al estilo indirecto, los
pronombres de sujeto (I, you, he, etc), de objeto (me, him, us, etc) y de
posesin (my, your, his, etc.) tambin cambian. Estudia los siguientes
ejemplos:

1. Despus de una conjunction y una preposicin usamos el gerundio (in spite of,

PREFIJOS
Qu es un Prefijo?
Un prefijo es un grupo pequeo de letras que ponemos al principio de
una palabra.
Los prefijos no constituyen una palabra por s solos, algunos ejemplos
son PRE, UN, DIS, EX. A menudo el prefijo forma una palabra cuando lo
agregamos a un grupo de letras que por s solas no seran una palabra,
como por ejemplo: EX + CLUDE forman EXCLUDE (CLUDE por s solo no
constituye una palabra). Varios prefijos se separan de la palabra con un
guin, ejemplo: ANTI-CLOCKWISE.

EL SEGUNDO CONDICIONAL
Formacin
Una frase condicional est formada por dos partes: la condicin y la
consecuencia. Una oracin del Segundo Condicional se forma de la
siguiente manera: If + Pasado Simple + condicional + infinitivo (sin
TO). Ejemplo: If it rained, I would take the bus.
El orden de estas dos partes no importa. Tambin se podra poner la
segunda parte primero seguida por la primera parte. Ejemplo: I would
take the bus if it rained.
Uso de comas
Cuando la oracin empieza por if (con la condicin), usamos comas.
Ejemplo: If it rained, I would take the bus.
Cuando la oracin empieza con la consecuencia, no usamos comas.

Qu es un Sufijo?
Un sufijo es un grupo de letras las cuales agregamos al final de una palabra para

Qu son los Causativos?
En la gramtica inglesa, causativo significa que una persona (o cosa) cause una
accin indirecta que es realizada por un agente tercero.
Formacin causativos
El causativo se forma utilizando dos verbos principales, a
saber, have y get. El esquema gramatical suele ser como sigue:

COMPARATIVOS Y SUPERLATIVOS
Los comparativos y los superlativos son estructuras que utilizamos para comparar
con el uso de adjetivos y adverbios. La diferencia entre las dos es que los
comparativos se usan para comparar dos cosas, mientras que con los superlativos
comparamos tres o ms cosas. Sin embargo, debemos seguir unas simples reglas
cuando utilizamos las dos estructuras.

Qu es una Preposicin?
Una preposicin es una palabra que conecta dos palabras demostrando la
relacin entre ellas. Las preposiciones pueden demostrar varias relaciones tales
como tiempo, situacin, direccin, modo, propsito, etc.
Las preposiciones tambin pueden conectar dos palabras sin demostrar una relacin
especfica como las que se mencionaron arriba. (Ejemplo: in retrospect, under
surveillance, at stake). En este caso debers practicar y memorizar las diferentes
combinaciones.
