DESCRIPCIN DEL PROCESO Lnea de congelacin para especies pelgicas. Compuesta por un conjunto de mquinas lineales para el proceso de produccin. La lnea est concebida para congelar mediante salmuera lquida a -21C aproximadamente todo tipo de pescado pelgico. La complejidad radica en ajustar las diferentes velocidades y tiempos de congelacin para cada especie o tamao de pescado.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION Freezing line for pelagic fish. It is composed of a group of machines that work in a linear system. The line was conceived to freeze all types of pelagic fish by its immersion in liquid brine at approx. -21C. The complexity of the system lies in adjusting different speeds and exposure times for each specie and size of fish. Final productions will always depend on the actual size of the fish.

SISTEMA DE CONTROL Y GESTIN DE PRODUCCIN Sistema de control y parametrizacin de temperaturas del proceso de congelacin, que nos permite optimizar la potencia frigorfica y el gasto energtico. Gestin de velocidad de congelacin de los productos mediante parmetros introducidos en el sistema, que permiten el proceso en automtico del avance en tiempo y espacio del frente de hielo en el interior del producto.

MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM Temperature parametrization and control system. It helps optimizing refrigerating capacity and energy expenditure during the freezing process. Freezing speed management by introduction of parameters in the system. This allows automatic advance of freezing brine inside the fish both in terms of time and space.

Este sistema permite de forma rpida y sencilla adaptar estos parmetros a distintas especies y tamaos. Modificar y controlar en automtico las velocidades adecuadas a cada producto, mejorando as las condiciones de transportes que impiden la rotura de la cadena de fro y evitando las subidas de temperatura del productos.

This system allows quick and easy adaptation of parameters for different species and fish sizes. Automatic modification and control of appropriate speed for each product. It prevents fish temperature increase and helps keeping the cold chain.
