• Para mantener la calidad del aire, que es importante conseguir un adecuado flujo de
aire de las zonas de mayor limpieza adyacentes a las zonas menos limpias. Es de
vital importancia para las habitaciones de mayor limpieza del aire para tener un
diferencial de presión positiva con respecto a las habitaciones adyacentes de aire
inferior. Por ejemplo, un diferencial de presión positiva de al menos 10-15 Pa debe
mantenerse entre las habitaciones adyacentes diferentes de clasificación (con las
puertas cerradas). Cuando las puertas están abiertas, el flujo de aire hacia el exterior
debería ser suficiente para reducir al mínimo la penetración de la contaminación, y es
fundamental que el tiempo que uno puede permanecer puerta entreabierta ser
estrictamente controlada.
En algunos casos, la sala de procesamiento aséptico y adyacentes CleanRooms
tienen la misma clasificación. El mantenimiento de un diferencial de presión (con las
puertas cerradas) entre la sala de procesamiento aséptico y estas habitaciones
adyacentes pueden proporcionar beneficioso separación. En cualquier instalación
diseñada con un habitación sin clasificar adyacente a la sala de procesamiento
aséptico, una parte sustancial de sobrepresión (por ejemplo, al menos el 12,5 Pa) de
la sala de procesamiento aséptico debe mantenerse en todo momento para evitar la
contaminación. Si este diferencial de presión cae por debajo del límite mínimo, es
importante que la calidad ambiental de la sala de procesamiento aséptico se
restablezca y se confirme.
