CIUDADANA
Art. 1. Depende del Presidente de la República y lo Preside el
Presidente del Consejo de Ministros

Art. 2. Incorpora disposición tercera “Obligación de los

representantes del Ministerio Público denunciaran
los incumplimientos por acción u omisión por parte de
funcionarios públicos de los CORESEC, COPROSEC y
CODISEC…que incumplan lo establecido en a la
presente Ley”.
Artículo 7°.- Miembros del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana
El Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana está integrado por:
- El Presidente del Consejo de Ministros

- El Ministro del Interior
- El Ministro de Justicia
- El Ministro de Educación.
- El Ministro de Salud.
- El Ministro de Economía y Finanzas.
- El Ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones
- El Ministro de Comercio Exterior y Turismo.
- La Ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables.
- El Ministro de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social.
- El Presidente del Poder Judicial.
- El Fiscal de la Nación.
- El Defensor del Pueblo.
- El Presidente de la Asociación de Presidentes Regionales.
- El Alcalde Metropolitano de Lima.
- El Presidente de la Asociación de Municipalidades del Perú (AMPE).
- El Director General de la Policía Nacional del Perú.
- El Jefe del Sistema Penitenciario Nacional.
- El Presidente del Consejo Nacional de la Prensa.
- El Presidente de la Sociedad Nacional de Seguridad.
 Artículo 16°.- Miembros del Comité Distrital
El Comité Distrital de Seguridad Ciudadana es presidido por el alcalde
distrital de la respectiva jurisdicción e integrado por los siguientes
miembros
-La autoridad política de mayor nivel de la localidad.
El comisario de la Policía Nacional del Perú a cuya jurisdicción
pertenece el distrito. En caso de existir más de una comisaría
con jurisdicciones distintas, dentro de una misma
demarcación distrital, cada comisario forma parte integrante
del comité distrital.
-Un representante del Poder Judicial.
-Un representante del Ministerio Público
-Dos alcaldes de centros poblados menores.
-El coordinador distrital de las juntas vecinales promovidas por la
Policía Nacional del Perú.
-Un representante de las Rondas Campesinas donde las
hubiera.
Los miembros del Comité Distrital, basándose en la realidad particular
de sus respectivos distritos, incorporan a otras autoridades del Estado o
representantes de las instituciones civiles que consideran conveniente

Los miembros del Comité Distrital, basándose en la realidad particular de sus

respectivos distritos, incorporan a otras autoridades del Estado o representantes de
las instituciones civiles que consideran conveniente

VISION
Hacer del Distrito de Paiján, un lugar que asegure la convivencia pacífica
de la población, en el marco de confianza, tranquilidad y paz social, que
permita una mejor calidad de vida
MISION
El Comité Distrital de Seguridad Ciudadana de Paiján, ejecutará el Plan de
Acción Distrital de Seguridad Ciudadana 2023, del Distrito de Paiján,
desarrollando las estrategias multisectoriales; cuya aplicación asegure la
reducción de la violencia e inseguridad; estableciéndose metas trimestrales
y anuales, susceptibles de ser monitoreadas y evaluadas, cuyos resultados
aseguren la eficiencia y eficacia de su puesta ejecución
OBJETIVO
Dotar de un instrumento rector en el diagnóstico, planificación y ejecución
de políticas de Seguridad Ciudadana, para el Distrito de Paiján
DESCRIPCION DEL PLAN
El referido plan orienta el esfuerzo mancomunadamente con todas las fuerzas
vivas en casa área de responsabilidad para cumplir este objetivo, sus acciones
serán guiadas a cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos, que generará objetivos
específicos, el cumplimiento de actividades y metas
Para los Objetivos Estratégicos, se han orientado Objetivos Específicos para
una mejor selección de actividades y responsables dentro del CODISEC
