Nuestro cuerpo es un todo organizado cuyas partes y
estructuras funcionan de manera coordinada, como
una máquina perfecta. El propósito de esta unidad es
que descubras y valores cuán importante es conocer
cómo funciona parte de tu organismo y el de otros
seres vivos.
Los científicos del siglo XVII. Producto de su curiosidad
y su interés por conocer la naturaleza, perfeccionaron
el microscopio (instrumento que es utilizado para
observar seres muy pequeñitos), lo que posibilitó
observar lo que a simple vista era imposible ver.
En el siglo XIX, gracias al estudio de las células de los
organismos, se establecen los postulados de la teoría
celular.
TEORÍA CELULAR
1 Todo ser vivo está formado por una o más células.

2 La célula es lo más pequeño que tiene vida propia: es la


unidad anatómica y fisiológica del ser vivo.
3 Toda célula procede de otra célula preexistente.

4 El material hereditario pasa de la célula madre a las hijas.
