al neurólogo pensando que
su hijo no escucha, ya que no
responde a estímulos sonoros
y no realiza contacto ocular.
Diagnostico Medico
TEA, acompañado de
un déficit intelectual
moderado

desarrollo psicomotor

diagnosticado con:

 Antecedentes Relevantes
Antecedentes Familiares

Actualmente su núcleo familiar se compone de ambos padres y su hermana mayor de

11 años, la cual fue diagnosticada con TEA hace aproximadamente 6 meses. Además
por parte de su madre tiene tres primos los cuales fueron diagnosticados con TEA.

Antecedentes Mórbidos

Nacio a través de cesaría, a las 38 semanas, peso 3 kilos 850 gramos y su talla fue
de 51 cm. No presenta antecedentes prenatales, perinatales ni post natales
relevantes. Tiene todas sus vacunas correspondientes.

Antecedentes Escolares

Joaquín a los 6 meses ingreso a sala cuna,

los 2 años 4 ingreso a jardin

Luego a los 3 años 4 meses ingreso a la

escuela de lenguaje por un posible TEL
mixto

 Desarrollo Psicomotor

Presenta control cefálico a los 6 meses, no gatea, madre

comenta que para movilizarse se arrastra por el piso, camino a
los 2 años y medio , su actividad motora se acompaña de
hiperactividad y presentando retraso en motricidad gruesa y
motricidad fina.

Alimentación

Desde el nacimiento se alimento con lactancia materna hasta

los 2 años aproximadamente, complementándolo con lactancia
artificial y comida tipo papilla desde los 6 meses. Refiere que
algunos hábitos orales fue el uso de mamadera hasta
aproximadamente _____ y chupo chupete hasta el año de 6
 Desarrollo del lenguaje

Expresivo: Presenta balbuceo a los 2 años de edad, su primera palabra la

presenta a los 3 comienza con frases de dos palabras cerca de los 4
años, logrando un habla a los 5 años a la actualidad presenta un habla
inteligible.

Compresión: Madre refiere que desde pequeño logra la identificación de

objetos y personas, es capaz de comprender instrucciones simples, pero
se le dificulta responder, se estresa y no logra comprende instrucciones
complejas, no es capaz de comprender el concepto del juego

 Desarrollo Social y Conductual

Con respecto a su interacción social logra relacionarse con

personas de su entorno, pero presenta poca respuesta con niños
de su edad. Se asusta y estresa ante estímulos sonoros altos,
presenta poca tolerancia a la frustración.
