 Se forma utilizando los auxiliares del verbo
To Be en presente seguido de un verbo con
 We are writing the Examples at the
terminación Ing moment.
 key: AM-IS-ARE + VERB (ING)
 He/she is just/still copying the sentences

Progressive Present
Presente Progresivo
 Puede ser utilizado para indicar acciones  EXAMPLES:
que no han sido finalizadas aún, pero que  I am very busy. I’m redecorating my

 Con el presente progresivo puede
utilizarse el adverbio always para decir que

 También , puede ser utilizado para decir  We’re having a barbecue on

 Indica un hecho o acción que se estaba
Realizando en un tiempo determinados.
 Key: was-were + verb (ing)
 EXAMPLES:
 I was working at seven last night
 She was not reading at class yesterday

 Were you listening to me?

Progressive Past
Pasado Progresivo
  EXAMPLES:

 “What were you doing at eight o’clock

 Se utiliza para decir que algo estaba en
yesterday?” – “I was watching TV.”
progreso en un tiempo en particular.
 As I was walking down the road, I saw

Progressive future
Futuro Progresivo
 Se forma utilizando los auxiliares del verbo
To Be en pasado seguido de Going to más
un verbo en forma infinitiva para indicar
una intención o plan que ya ha sido
cambiado. (futuro en el pasado)
 Key: was-were + going to+ verbo
 I was going to work in the garden, but
then it started to rain.
 They were going to play in the park, but
their parents did not come on time
