 Haciendo énfasis en las lecturas propuestas,
encontramos dos autores que hacen aportes enmarcados INTRODUCCCION
sobre la evaluación educativa.
En primer lugar, hacemos énfasis en el  Dr. Ralph Tyler
quien considera que la evaluación educativa es un proceso
sistemático, mediante el cual se determina hasta qué punto
los objetivos educativos han sido realmente alcanzados
mediante la enseñanza y se enfoca en los objetivos de los
programas,  teniendo como finalidad la medición de logros.
En segundo lugar, el autor  Michael Sciven define la
evaluación educativa como una metodología sistemática y
objetiva del valor o el mérito de algún objeto. La evaluación
se debe realizar valorando la calidad de las metas y con ello
emitir un juicio de valor, para dicho juicio se debe tener en
cuenta la recogida de información  sobre el comportamiento
de estos criterios para estimar si se han alcanzado  o no los
estándares prefijados de funcionamiento.
A partir de lo expuesto por medio del cuadro
comparativo se hará evidente las similitudes y diferencias
entre el Dr. Ralph Tyler y el estudiante Michael Sciven,
referente al concepto de cada uno sobre la evaluación
educativa, generando nuevos conocimientos  y conceptos
los cuales ayudarán a los docentes a elaborar a generar
procesos de evaluación educativos.
