MINIQUEST
WEBQUEST
 El creador de las WebQuest, Bernie Dodge 1,
profesor de tecnología educativa de la San
Diego State University, las define como “una
actividad de investigación en la que la
información con la que interactúan los
alumnos proviene total o parcialmente de
recursos de la Internet” (Dodge, 1995).
 Consisten en presentarle al alumnado un
problema con un conjunto de recursos
preestablecidos por el autor de la misma,
evitando así la navegación simple y sin rumbo
de los estudiantes en la WWW.
WEBQUEST
 A los alumnos se les presenta un escenario y
una tarea, normalmente un problema para
resolver o un proyecto para realizar. Los
alumnos disponen de recursos Internet y se
les pide que analicen y sinteticen la
información y lleguen a sus propias
soluciones creativas”. Además, los alumnos
resuelven la WebQuest formando grupos de
trabajo y adoptando cada uno una
perspectiva o rol determinado, para el que
disponen de información específica.

 INTRODUCCIÓN
Proporciona a los alumnos la información
básica sobre la actividad, les orienta sobre lo
que les espera y suscita y mantiene su
interés mediante una formulación atractiva.
 TAREA

En el apartado de la tarea se debe describir de

manera clara y concisa cuál será el resultado
final de las actividades de aprendizaje.

 Proceso
¿Qué pasos debe dar el alumno para realizar la
tarea propuesta? Esta sección ayudará a los
alumnos a entender “qué hay que hacer” y en
qué orden. Deben incluirse los recursos online y
offline que se utilizarán en cada paso.
 Evaluación
 En el apartado de evaluación debe describirse lo
más concreta y claramente posible a los
alumnos cómo será evaluado su rendimiento. Se
debe incluir la rúbrica de evaluación si se va a
utilizar este método

 Conclusión
En la conclusión podemos escribir una serie de
frases que resuman lo que han conseguido o
aprendido los estudiantes completando la
WebQuest.

Es conveniente incluir mención a las fuentes

de todas las imágenes, música o textos que
se han utilizado incluyendo vínculos a las
fuentes originales.
TIPOS DE WEBQUEST

 WebQuests a corto plazo:

Un WebQuest a corto plazo se diseña para ser
terminado de uno a tres períodos de clase.
 WebQuests a largo plazo:
La meta educacional de un WebQuest se diseña para
realizarlo en una semana o un mes de clase.
 Miniquest:
Consisten en una versión reducida de las WebQuests,
en las que sólo se consideran tres pasos: escenario,
tarea y producto. Pueden ser construidas por
docentes experimentados en el uso de Internet en 3
ó 4 horas y los alumnos las realizan completamente
en el transcurso de una o dos clases a lo sumo.

EASY COOKING YOUR RECIPES
 PRODUCTO
 Just as an example, I'll write down for you one
of the recipes I'm proficient at: Artichoke Dip I
 Ingredients
 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts,
drained
 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
 In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the
mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella
and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an
8x8 inch baking dish.
 Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is lightly
browned and bubbly.
 Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
