RUTINA DIARIA
Me despierto a las 6 de la mañana y comienzo con un rutinario
ejercicio físico de 30 minutos para energizarme.
Luego, me ducho y visto para enfrentar el día. Preparo un desayuno
saludable y los almuerzos para mis hijos.
A las 7:30 p.m., dejo a mi menor hija en la escuela y me dirijo al
hospital para comenzar mi turno laboral. Allí, me dedico a la
atención de pacientes hasta las 4 de la tarde.
Después del trabajo, me dirijo a casa para continuar con mis
actividades universitarias, estudiar y recibir clases virtuales en la
carrera para la cual me estoy formando.
A las 6:00 p.m., comparto una cena familiar en compañía de mis
hijos. Entre las 7 y las 8 p.m., les ayudo con sus deberes, lecturas y
tareas.
A las 9:00 p.m., me tomo un momento para revisar el día, planificar
para el siguiente y relajarme.
Los domingos son mis días de descanso y actividades familiares. Me
esfuerzo por equilibrar trabajo, estudio y familia, priorizando mi
salud física y mental.
DAILY ROUTINE
I wake up at 6:00 AM and start with a 30-minute exercise routine to
energize myself.
Then, I shower and get dressed for the day. I prepare a healthy
breakfast and lunches for my kids.
At 7:30, I drop off my younger daughter at school and head to the
hospital for my work shift. There, I dedicate myself to patient care
until 4:00 PM.
After work, I head home to continue my university activities,
studying and attending virtual classes for my degree.
At 6:00 PM, I share dinner with my kids. Between 7:00 and 8:00 PM,
I help them with homework, reading, and tasks.
At 9:00 PM, I take a moment to review the day, plan for tomorrow,
and relax. Sundays are my rest days and family activities.
I strive to balance work, study, and family life, prioritizing my
physical and mental health.
