‭El‬‭6‬‭de‬‭enero‬‭de‬‭2020,‬‭el‬‭expresidente‬‭estadounidense‬‭Donald‬‭Trump‬‭pronunció‬‭un‬

‭discurso‬‭en‬‭una‬‭manifestación‬‭cerca‬‭de‬‭la‬‭Casa‬‭Blanca.‬‭En‬‭el‬‭mismo,‬‭Trump‬‭se‬‭dirigió‬‭a‬‭la‬
‭multitud‬ ‭expresando‬ ‭su‬ ‭descontento‬ ‭con‬ ‭los‬ ‭resultados‬ ‭y‬ ‭su‬ ‭negativa‬ ‭a‬ ‭conceder‬ ‭la‬
‭presidencia.‬ ‭Afirmó‬ ‭que‬ ‭las‬ ‭elecciones‬ ‭habían‬ ‭sido‬ ‭robadas‬ ‭y‬ ‭llamó‬ ‭a‬ ‭sus‬ ‭seguidores‬ ‭a‬
‭rechazar‬ ‭“ser‬ ‭manipulados”‬ ‭y‬ ‭a‬ ‭defender‬ ‭su‬ ‭país.‬ ‭También‬ ‭realiza‬ ‭una‬ ‭fuerte‬ ‭crítica‬ ‭a‬‭los‬
‭medios‬‭de‬‭comunicación,‬‭tanto‬‭los‬‭tradicionales‬‭como‬‭las‬‭redes.‬‭La‬‭mayoría‬‭del‬‭discurso‬‭se‬
‭basa‬ ‭en‬ ‭datos‬ ‭estadísticos‬ ‭que‬ ‭según‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭son‬ ‭verídicos‬ ‭y‬ ‭la‬ ‭prueba‬ ‭de‬ ‭que‬
‭efectivamente‬ ‭hubo‬ ‭un‬ ‭fraude‬ ‭electoral.‬ ‭Además‬ ‭insulta‬ ‭a‬ ‭varios‬ ‭políticos‬ ‭opositores,‬
‭burlándose y buscando complicidad con sus seguidores.‬
‭En‬‭este‬‭ensayo‬‭intentaremos‬‭analizar‬‭dicho‬‭discurso‬‭a‬‭partir‬‭de‬‭los‬‭conceptos‬‭de‬‭la‬
‭"Enunciación"‬‭de‬‭María‬‭Isabel‬‭Filinich.‬‭Nos‬‭proponemos‬‭realizar‬‭esto‬‭siguiendo‬‭la‬‭hipótesis‬
‭de‬‭que‬‭Trump,‬‭no‬‭solo‬‭realiza‬‭una‬‭crítica‬‭a‬‭la‬‭oposición‬‭y‬‭los‬‭medios,‬‭sino‬‭que‬‭también‬‭a‬‭los‬
‭“republicanos débiles”, instándolos a actuar.‬
‭A‬ ‭continuación‬ ‭se‬ ‭expondrán‬ ‭algunos‬ ‭conceptos‬ ‭que‬ ‭propone‬ ‭Filinich‬ ‭y‬ ‭se‬ ‭los‬
‭relacionará‬ ‭con‬ ‭el‬ ‭discurso.‬ ‭El‬ ‭texto‬ ‭se‬ ‭centra‬ ‭en‬ ‭el‬ ‭acto‬ ‭de‬ ‭apropiación‬ ‭del‬ ‭lenguaje‬‭por‬
‭parte‬ ‭de‬ ‭un‬ ‭orador‬ ‭que‬‭se‬‭dirige‬‭a‬‭un‬‭auditorio‬‭y‬‭en‬‭cómo‬‭este‬‭proceso‬‭deja‬‭huellas‬‭en‬‭el‬
‭discurso‬ ‭que‬ ‭revelan‬ ‭la‬ ‭presencia‬ ‭de‬ ‭un‬ ‭sujeto‬ ‭y‬ ‭una‬ ‭intencionalidad.‬ ‭El‬ ‭sujeto‬ ‭no‬ ‭sólo‬
‭moldea‬‭su‬‭discurso,‬‭también‬‭es‬‭moldeado‬‭por‬‭éste.‬‭En‬‭el‬‭contexto‬‭del‬‭discurso‬‭del‬‭político,‬
‭podemos‬ ‭identificar‬ ‭el‬ ‭sujeto‬ ‭de‬ ‭enunciación‬ ‭como‬ ‭el‬ ‭propio‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭y‬ ‭el‬ ‭sujeto‬
‭enunciatario‬‭como‬‭sus‬‭seguidores,‬‭tanto‬‭los‬‭que‬‭estaban‬‭en‬‭la‬‭manifestación‬‭como‬‭los‬‭que‬
‭no,‬ ‭la‬ ‭multitud‬ ‭que‬ ‭incluía‬ ‭a‬ ‭partidarios‬ ‭que‬ ‭luego‬ ‭participaron‬ ‭en‬ ‭los‬ ‭disturbios‬ ‭en‬ ‭el‬
‭Capitolio.‬
‭El‬ ‭bagaje‬ ‭cultural‬ ‭se‬ ‭refiere‬ ‭al‬ ‭trasfondo‬ ‭cultural‬ ‭que‬ ‭influye‬ ‭en‬ ‭el‬ ‭discurso‬ ‭del‬
‭hablante.‬ ‭El‬ ‭discurso‬ ‭de‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭estuvo‬ ‭marcado‬ ‭por‬‭su‬‭ideología‬‭política‬‭y‬‭su‬‭papel‬‭como‬
‭líder‬ ‭de‬ ‭su‬ ‭facción‬ ‭política.‬ ‭Los‬ ‭fenómenos‬ ‭psi‬ ‭son‬ ‭los‬ ‭fenómenos‬ ‭psicológicos‬ ‭que‬
‭influyen‬ ‭en‬ ‭el‬ ‭discurso‬ ‭del‬ ‭hablante.‬ ‭Es‬ ‭probable‬ ‭que‬ ‭el‬ ‭discurso‬ ‭de‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭estuviera‬
‭influenciado‬ ‭por‬ ‭su‬ ‭deseo‬ ‭de‬ ‭mantener‬ ‭el‬ ‭poder‬ ‭y‬ ‭su‬ ‭creencia‬ ‭en‬ ‭su‬ ‭versión‬ ‭de‬ ‭los‬
‭resultados‬ ‭electorales.‬ ‭Cuando‬ ‭mencionamos‬ ‭el‬ ‭contexto,‬ ‭estamos‬ ‭hablando‬ ‭de‬ ‭las‬
‭circunstancias‬ ‭que‬ ‭rodearon‬ ‭el‬ ‭discurso.‬ ‭Este‬ ‭se‬ ‭pronunció‬ ‭en‬ ‭un‬ ‭momento‬ ‭de‬ ‭tensión‬
‭política,‬ ‭con‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭negándose‬ ‭a‬ ‭conceder‬ ‭la‬ ‭elección.‬ ‭Los‬ ‭deícticos‬ ‭son‬ ‭elementos‬ ‭del‬
‭discurso‬‭que‬‭señalan‬‭aspectos‬‭específicos‬‭de‬‭la‬‭situación‬‭y‬‭la‬‭relación‬‭del‬‭orador‬‭con‬‭estos,‬
‭como‬ ‭"these‬ ‭elections"‬ ‭y‬ ‭“our‬ ‭contry”‬ ‭(estas‬ ‭elecciones‬ ‭y‬ ‭nuestro‬ ‭país).‬ ‭Estos‬ ‭términos‬
‭sitúan‬‭el‬‭discurso‬‭en‬‭un‬‭contexto‬‭específico‬‭y‬‭crean‬‭un‬‭sentido‬‭de‬‭pertenencia‬‭entre‬‭Trump‬
‭y sus seguidores.‬
‭Los‬ ‭actos‬ ‭de‬ ‭habla:‬ ‭El‬ ‭discurso‬ ‭de‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭puede‬ ‭considerarse‬ ‭un‬ ‭acto‬ ‭de‬ ‭habla‬
‭perlocutivo,‬ ‭ya‬ ‭que‬‭busca‬‭provocar‬‭una‬‭acción‬‭por‬‭parte‬‭de‬‭sus‬‭seguidores.‬‭We‬‭must‬‭stop‬
‭the‬ ‭steal‬ ‭and‬ ‭then‬ ‭we‬ ‭must‬ ‭ensure‬ ‭that‬ ‭such‬ ‭outrageous‬ ‭election‬ ‭fraud‬ ‭never‬ ‭happens‬
‭again, can never be allowed to happen again‬
‭Los‬ ‭subjetivemas:‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭utiliza‬ ‭subjetivemas‬ ‭como‬ ‭“robadas”‬ ‭y‬ ‭“luchar”‬ ‭para‬
‭expresar‬ ‭su‬ ‭perspectiva‬ ‭subjetiva‬ ‭y‬ ‭emocional‬ ‭sobre‬ ‭las‬ ‭elecciones‬ ‭y‬ ‭la‬ ‭necesidad‬ ‭de‬
‭acción.‬
‭Las‬ ‭figuras‬ ‭retóricas:‬ ‭Trump‬ ‭utiliza‬ ‭la‬ ‭repetición‬ ‭(“luchar”)‬ ‭y‬ ‭la‬ ‭hipérbole‬ ‭(“como‬ ‭el‬
‭infierno”)‬‭para‬‭enfatizar‬‭su‬‭mensaje‬‭y‬‭apelar‬‭a‬‭las‬‭emociones‬‭de‬‭sus‬‭seguidores.‬ ‭We‬‭fight‬

‭like Hell and if you don’t fight like Hell, you’re not going to have a country any more.‬

‭Los‬‭tiempos‬‭de‬‭enunciación:‬‭Trump‬‭utiliza‬‭el‬‭presente‬‭para‬‭referirse‬‭a‬‭las‬‭elecciones‬
‭y‬‭a‬‭la‬‭situación‬‭actual,‬‭creando‬‭un‬‭sentido‬‭de‬‭urgencia.‬‭También‬‭utiliza‬‭el‬‭futuro‬‭para‬‭hablar‬
‭de lo que sus seguidores deben hacer, creando un sentido de expectativa.‬
‭En‬‭conclusión,‬‭se‬‭podría‬‭argumentar‬‭que‬‭el‬‭discurso‬‭de‬‭Trump‬‭del‬‭06/01/2020‬‭tuvo‬
‭un‬‭papel‬‭en‬‭la‬‭incitación‬‭a‬‭los‬‭disturbios‬‭en‬‭el‬‭Capitolio.‬‭Su‬‭discurso‬‭reveló‬‭una‬‭subjetividad‬
‭que‬ ‭estaba‬ ‭alineada‬ ‭con‬ ‭los‬ ‭intereses‬ ‭y‬ ‭emociones‬ ‭de‬ ‭su‬ ‭audiencia,‬ ‭intentando‬ ‭hacerlos‬
‭sentir‬ ‭responsables‬ ‭y‬ ‭humillando‬ ‭a‬ ‭aquellos‬ ‭que‬ ‭no‬ ‭quisieran‬ ‭defenderlo.‬ ‭Su‬ ‭uso‬ ‭de‬ ‭un‬
‭lenguaje‬ ‭fuerte‬ ‭y‬‭personal‬‭para‬‭los‬‭republicanos,‬‭junto‬‭con‬‭su‬‭llamado‬‭a‬‭la‬‭acción,‬‭sugiere‬
‭que estaba tratando de incitar a sus seguidores a tomar medidas.‬

‭Continuó‬ ‭su‬ ‭discurso‬ ‭afirmando‬ ‭que‬ ‭las‬ ‭elecciones‬ ‭habían‬ ‭sido‬ ‭arregladas.‬ ‭Dijo:‬
‭“Este‬‭año,‬‭manipularon‬‭una‬‭elección.‬‭La‬‭manipularon‬‭como‬‭nunca‬‭antes‬‭habían‬‭manipulado‬

‭will‬‭never‬‭concede,‬‭it‬‭doesn’t‬‭happen.‬‭You‬‭don’t‬‭concede‬‭when‬‭there’s‬‭theft‬‭involved.‬
‭We’re‬ ‭gathered‬ ‭together‬ ‭in‬ ‭the‬ ‭heart‬ ‭of‬ ‭our‬ ‭nation’s‬ ‭Capitol‬ ‭for‬‭one‬‭very,‬‭very‬‭basic‬
‭and‬ ‭simple‬ ‭reason,‬ ‭to‬ ‭save‬ ‭our‬ ‭democracy.The‬ ‭weak‬ ‭Republicans,‬ ‭they’re‬ ‭pathetic‬
‭Republicans‬ ‭and‬ ‭that’s‬ ‭what‬ ‭happens.you‬ ‭have‬ ‭to‬ ‭get‬ ‭your‬ ‭people‬ ‭to‬ ‭fight.‬ ‭If‬ ‭they‬
‭don’t‬ ‭fight,‬ ‭we‬ ‭have‬ ‭to‬‭primary‬‭the‬‭hell‬‭out‬‭of‬‭the‬‭ones‬‭that‬‭don’t‬‭fight.Our‬‭media‬‭is‬
‭not‬ ‭free.‬ ‭It’s‬‭not‬‭fair.‬‭It‬‭suppresses‬‭thought.‬‭It‬‭suppresses‬‭speech,‬‭and‬‭it’s‬‭become‬‭the‬
