PETICION DE PADRES I-130

• Certificado de Ciudadanía o pasaporte y Seguro Social

• Acta de nacimiento suya y de su padre/madre (INEXTENSA)

• Si usted o su padre/madre son casados deben traer el acta de matrimonio

si han sido divorciados, el acta y la sentencia de divorcio; si es viudo/a
traer entonces el acta de defunción (INEXTENSA)

• Si su padre/madre tiene más hijos debe traer los nombres y las fechas de
nacimiento de cada uno

• Si usted fue declarado/a tardío (después de los 2 años de edad) por su

padre/madre deberá traer una declaración jurada de 2 o 3 personas (no
familia) que declaren los siguiente:
-La relación que tienen con su padre/madre (vecinos o amigos de crianza) y
desde cuando lo conocen
-Que tienen conocimiento de la relación de usted con su madre/padre
-Que saben el padre/madre siempre lo ha mantenido en educación,
alimentación y en lo económico.
-Si esta bautizado debe traer el acta de bautismo (Solo si fue declarado
tardío)

• Cheque o money order para Inmigración: $535.00

• El cargo de la Doctora es de: $325.00

*Recuerde que solo los ciudadanos pueden pedir a los padres si tiene alguna
pregunta adicional pase por la oficina para una consulta*

PARENT PETITION I-130

➢ Certificate of Citizenship or passport and Social Security

➢ Birth certificate of you and your father (mother) (INEXTENSIVE)

➢ If you or your father / mother are married, you must bring the
marriage certificate if you have been divorced, the certificate and the
divorce decree; if you are a widower then bring the death certificate
(INEXTENSIVE).

➢ If your father / mother has more children you must bring the names
and birth dates of each

➢ If you were declared late (after 2 years of age) by your parent, you
must bring an affidavit of 2 or 3 persons (not family) stating the
following:
➢ -The relationship they have with their father / mother (neighbors or
foster friends) and since when they know him
➢ -Who are aware of your relationship with your mother / father
➢ -What do you know the father / mother has always kept in education,
food and economic

➢ If you are baptized you must bring the baptism certificate (Only if you
was declared late)

➢ Check or money order for Immigration: $ 535.00

➢ The position of the Doctor is: $ 325.00
