EVA AYLLON: LA REINA DE LA MUSICA AFRO PERUANA

Eva Ayllón nació en lima en 1956. Es una cantante y compositora que Interpreta géneros
afroperuanos y valses criollos. Comenzó desde muy pequeña con tan solo 3 años mostro
sus cualidades para el canto y es gracias al apoyo de su abuela por la cual inicia su
carrera en la música.

Su éxito inicia en 1970 pero es en la década de los 80 donde se hace famosa por los
peruano y residentes extranjeros por la calidad de interpretación y su poderosa voz. Se le
considera como la mejor cantautora de la música criolla y afroperuana

Ha sido ganadora del Grammy latino a la excelencia musical por su aporte a la cultura,
también fue invitada al gran evento musical “viña del mar”, donde fue una de los jurados
principales.

Actualmente es embajadora del voluntariado corazón Perú la cual se dedica ayudar a los
más necesitado ayudándoles con medicina y alimentos. Es un proyecto muy importante la
cual es un ejemplo a seguir.

Eva Ayllón was born in Lima in 1956. She is a singer and composer who performs Afro-Peruvian
genres and Creole waltzes. She started from a very young age when she was only 3 years old,
she showed her qualities for singing and it is thanks to the support of her grandmother that
she began her career in music.

Her success began in 1970, but it was in the 1980s that she became famous among Peruvians
and foreign residents for her quality of performance and her powerful voice. She is considered
the best singer-songwriter of Creole and Afro-Peruvian music.

She has been the winner of the Latin Grammy for musical excellence for her contribution to
culture. She was also invited to the great musical event “Viña del Mar”, where she was one of
the main juries.

She is currently an ambassador for the Heart of Peru volunteering, which is dedicated to
helping those most in need by helping them with medicine and food. It is a very important
project which is an example to follow.
