Espero que se encuentren bien, mi nombre es andres felipe arrieta rubio, el dia de hoy estare
hablendo un poco sobre mis desayunos.

inicialmente, que es el desayuno? El desayuno es la primera comida que realiza una persona en su
vida diaria. El desayuno es la primera ingesta de energía que una persona realiza después de varias
horas sin comer (es decir, después de dormir)

uno de los desayunos muy comunes aqui en la costa y que me gusta son los patacones con queso
o salchicha con suero de vaca.

a mi en lo particular me encanta el pan, ya sea de mantequilla, de arequipe de uva, en realidad

todos me fascinan y para mí la combinación perfecta sería un vaso de chocolate caliente o cafe.

tambien me gustan los huevos revueltos con platano verde o papas, cocidas o fritas.

pienso que este desayuno es fabuloso, un buen sanduche a mi me gusta con mucha mantequilla,
queso mozarela y jamon y acompañarlo con milo frio.

igualmente soy fans de los pan cakes con miel de maple, es mi favorita

por mi trabajo usualmente desayuno fritos, me gusta la arepa de huevo, buñuelo, empanada de
pollo y deditos de queso. acompañado de un jugo de naranja o otro jugo de frutas

este es un desayuno un poco fuera de lo común, mis padres son de un pequeño pueblo y es uno
de los platos típicos de córdoba, colombia, es realmente delicioso

por ultimo tambien suelo desayunar-almozar con chicharrones y yuca, es un desayuno que deja
satisfecho

one of the most common breakfasts here on the coast that I like is patacones con queso or
sausage with buttermilk.

because of my job i usually eat fried food for breakfast, i like egg arepa, buñuelo, chicken
empanada and cheese fingers. accompanied with orange juice or another fruit juice.

this is a breakfast a little bit out of the ordinary, my parents are from a small town and it is one of
the typical dishes of cordoba, colombia, it is really delicious.

finally, i also usually have breakfast with pork rinds and yucca, it is a breakfast that leaves you
satisfied.
