convinan para producir música.

El cajon tiene su origen en la zona de Chincha, al sur de Lima, región
donde hay una gran población de origen Africano.
Es un instrumento musical Afroperuano,es decir, fue creado por esclavos
africanos en el “Nuevo mundo”, principalmente Perú durante la
colonización Española. Parece ser que los primeros antecesores del cajón
fueron envases de madera utilizados para la recolección de fruta,
también se habla del “tamborete” un pedazo de madera sobre 4 soportes,
entre otros. El celebre Nicomedes Santa Cruz, nos dice que el cajón tiene
un origen posible en un par de cántaros cónicos de cerámica o botijas,
que se usaban antiguamente para acompañar a la Zamacueca limeña o al
tondero norteño, el uso de este instrumento fue popularizado en estos
dos bailes.

ORIGEN DEL VIOLÍN

El violín nace en la Italia del siglo XVI. Los

predecesores del violín, se encuentran en una
serie de instrumentos de cuerda frotada como
la viola de gamba. Más grande y que se apoya
sobre las rodillas del violinista. También la
fídula o rebec y la lira de braccio, La mençión
más atigua del vili´n pertenece a un
documento del 17 de diciembre de 1523
encontrado en la Tesorería General de Savoya,
donde consta un pago por “las trompetas y los
violines (viollons, en francés) de Verceil”.
Se cree que el más antiguo conocido, de
cuatro cuerdas, como los actuales fue
fabricado por el cremonés Andrea Amati´.
