ANALISIS DE LA LECTURA “UNA CARTA A GARCIA” DEL AUTOR ELBERT HUBBARD

Mi análisis de la carta a García es mas que todo de reflexión, ya que nos ayuda a no decaer
frente a cualquier situación que se presente para hacer las cosas sin que nos manden y
hacerlas de una manera excelente.

Pienso que cada uno de nosotros deberíamos ser como Rowan un hombre que no le
encuentra facultad a las cosas y que lo que hace con empeño y dedicación. Esta lectura me
deja una enseñanza muy bonita ya que me muestra que este mundo no es para los
mediocres sino para los valientes y luchadores.

El individuo creativo puede, no obstante, llegar a diferenciarse de los demás ya que tiene la
iniciativa de dar respuestas puntuales a situaciones concretas para la creación de
condiciones más favorables, usando inmediatamente los medios disponibles. En este
sentido, busca inmediatamente resolver las carencias percibidas, con la intención de
practicar directamente la autodeterminación, y obteniendo como resultado resaltar entre otros
en el ámbito en el que se desempeñe.

La creatividad es la capacidad de producir respuestas originales a cualquier problema.

Estamos en la generación de nuevas ideas o conceptos, o de nuevas asociaciones entre
ideas y conceptos conocidos, que habitualmente producen soluciones originales.

Mi aptitud esta proporcionalmente relacionada con nuestra habilidad y capacidad para

aprender cosas nuevas. Si estamos dispuestos a realizar estos cambios prosperaremos en el
futuro y estaremos dispuestos a aprender a trabajar en conjunto y así triunfar como
"organizaciones inteligentes".

Lo fascinante de la "CARTA A GARCIA", es la perseverancia con la que el individuo puede

llegar al éxito, el aliento o la fuerza interior que permite llevar a buen término las cosas que
deseo conseguir, para ello debo tener un buen sentido del compromiso que me impida
abandonar las tareas que comencé, trabajando hasta el final.- Esto sería en esencia el
mensaje de la Carta a Garcia.-

My analysis of the letter to Garcia is more than anything of reflection, since it helps us not to
decay in front of any situation that arises to do things without being sent and done in an
excellent way.

I think that each one of us should be like Rowan a man who does not find faculty to things
and what he does with commitment and dedication. This reading gives me a very nice
teaching since it shows me that this world is not for the mediocre but for the brave and
fighters.

The creative individual can, nevertheless, come to differentiate himself from others, since he
has the initiative to give specific answers to concrete situations for the creation of more
favorable conditions, using immediately the available means. In this sense, it immediately
seeks to resolve the perceived shortcomings, with the intention of directly practicing self-
determination, and obtaining as a result to stand out among others in the field in which it
operates.

Creativity is the ability to produce original responses to any problem. We are in the generation
of new ideas or concepts, or new associations between ideas and known concepts, which
usually produce original solutions.

Therefore, the individual must perform learning practices, be well prepared to prosper in the
future, because they will be able to develop any skill that is required to succeed. Our ability is
proportionally related to our ability and ability to learn new things. If we are willing to make
these changes we will prosper in the future and we will be willing to learn to work together and
thus succeed as "smart organizations".

The fascinating thing about the "LETTER TO GARCIA" is the perseverance with which the
individual can reach success, encouragement or inner strength that allows us to bring to
fruition the things we want to achieve, for this we must have a good sense of the commitment
that prevents us from abandoning the tasks that we started, working until the end.- This would
be the essence I believe about the message of the Letter to Garcia.-
