TORRE DE DEPARTAMENTOS Y LOCALES comerciales
Torre de 7 plantas, 26 metros de altura. Tres locales comerciales,
gimnasio y cuarto de máquinas en la primera planta,
departamentos en renta y sala de juntas en las siguientes plantas,
elevador y escaleras.

Primer diseño vertical en Cd. Cuauhtemoc.

1. PROCESO DE COLUMNAS.
Se mandaron a hacer moldes de lamina (3-05), con un
tornillo para nivelarlos por dentro; anclados a piso con
taquete (dado a problemas porque el aire movió las
columnas por la parte de arriba). Creando así columnas
aparentes.

En el primer colado de columnas una de ellas quedó de 1,5 -


2 pulgadas desfasada a causa del aire igualmente por lo
altas.
2. CUARTO DE MAQUINAS.
Cuenta con tubería de aguas, cimentación de 2
metros, con previa excavacion. Apareció un
problema con agua en la cimentación el cual se
soluciono metiendo piedra y base creando una
plataforma y sobre ella chapopote, para luego
poner las zapatas, la más grande siendo la
central de 10 x 17 metros.

3. ESCALERAS Y ELEVADOR.
Espacio destinado al elevador con fosa de 1
metro para amortiguadores del elevador. En
este caso tenían zapata con ganchos, castillos,
columnas y zapata de doble parrilla, con espesor
de 40 cm. Entre columnas están conectadas por
una trabe. La varilla más grande utilizada es de
⅝ de pulgada.

las plantas, por las diferentes cargas y claro,

influyendo la falta de paredes. Los blocks de
concreto van rellenos de concreto, con castillos y

4. INSTALACIÓN ELECTRICA.

6. SEGUNDA PLANTA.

de 45°, habrá 2 departamentos con balcón,
2 sin balcón y una sala de juntas, el
departamento esta simbrado, 85 cm de
separación entre cada ventosa, clavo para
madera de puntuales de 3 x 3 hasta 6
pulgadas.
7. TERCERA PLANTA.
Hay ciertos diámetros de varilla, la columna
tienen un recubrimiento de aprox 37.5 - 36
cm, 1 ½ pulgadas, vienen conchabadas,
poniendo unas tuinos, dandole ángulo de 45°
para quitar los filos, los estribos a cada 10 cm
y en medio van a cada 20 cm, las grapas se
añadieron por los estructuristas para que al
punto en el que la columna tenga el momento
no quiera abrirse, van una y una en dirección
alternando. 12 varillas de ⅝ de pulgada. Las
reglas (perfiles rectangulares de #4) debe
estar al nivel de la redila, que es el límite de la
losa, apoyando en ambas para arrastrar el
concreto. Apoyos los muros y las trabes. Todo
está bayoneteado
