Narrator:

Friends in the restaurant:

 Ulises Moreno Matienzo.

Narrator “Y”: The story begins with three friends from the promotion of the
International Business career who meet in a restaurant after several years of
not seeing each other.
First scene:
(Characters: Geraldine, Christian and Alex)
G: Hello, friends, how are you?
C: Hi, Geraldine! I, very well.
A: Hello! I, fine.
G: I’m glad guys.
C: Yes, that’s good.
A: After so much time.
G: Shall we order something to eat?
C: Yeah, what do we order?
A: Grilled chicken.
G: Of course.
C: Yeah, how rich.

Narrator “Y”: They call the waiter and place their order, then they talk among
themselves
Second scene:
(Characters: Geraldine, Christian and Alex)
G: Where do you guys work?
C: I am working in Plaza Vea.
A: I’m working in a bank.
G: Cool, how interesting.
C: And you Geraldine, where do you work?
G: Well, I work in a transport company.
A: Excellent guys, it’s good that we all have jobs.
G: I guess they don’t work on weekends, right?

A: Well, I actually work leaving a weekend.


C: I don’t work on weekends.
G: Oh, I understand, so what do they do on weekends?
A: Me, the weekends that i have free, I go to visit my family.
C: I have the habit of going out with my friends.
G: I’m also free on weekends. What do you think if we go out to a party the other
weekend?
A: Good idea, could be.
C: Of course, yes, I’m in.

Narrator “Y”: In that, the waiter arrives with the order of each one and they
begin to enjoy the food
Third scene:
(Characters: Geraldine, Christian and Alex)
G: Everything is very rich.
A: Yes, they cook very well here.
C: I agree with you.

Narrator “Y”: That’s how they spent it, talking and tasting the food. Suddenly
when they were going to order a dessert to finish off dinner, Christian receives
a call, it was an emergency and he left, saying goodbye to his friends
Fourth scene:
(Characters: Geraldine and Alex)
G: It’s a pity Christian is gone.
A: Yes, but i know that soon we will see him again.

Narrator “Y”: Suddenly, Alex’s cell phone begins to ring, he realizes that it is
a video call and it is from a great friend of his, Ulises, who is also part of the
promotion of the three friends.
Fifth scene:
(Characters: Alex, Geraldine and Ulises)
A: I’m sorry, they are calling me.
G: No problem, answer.
A: Hello Ulises, Good evening.
U: Hi, Alex, who are you with right now?
A: I’m with Geraldine of the promotion.
G: Hi, Ulises. How are you?
U: I, very well.
A: I´m happy for you.
G: Where are you now, in what part of the world? Because I remember that, you
love to travel the world.
U: Now I am in the USA, but I already live here, and guess what?
A: What’s happening? Tell us.
U: I’m going to marry in two weeks.

G: OMG, what nice new.


A: Yes, It’s fabulous.
U: I know it is. I’m marrying the woman of my life.
G: Soraya Palomino, right?
U: Yes, I love her with all my heart.

Narrator “Y”: At that moment, Soraya arrives from work, finds Ulises talking
to the guys and decides to join the video call with him.
Sixth scene:
(Characters: Soraya, Ulises, Geraldine and Alex)
S: Hello guys, Good evening.
U: Good evening, honey.
G: Hi friend!
A: Hi Soraya, future wife of Ulises.
S: How nice that he already told them the new.
G: Yes, I guess you are very excited.
S: Of course, yes, I’m super happy.
A: I wish you the best, friends.

Narrator “Y”: In that, Geraldine sees that it's too late, says goodbye to guys
and leaves the restaurant
Seventh scene:
(Characters: Soraya, Ulises and Alex)
S: I hope to hear From Geraldine again soon.
U: I think so, soon we will hear from her again.
A: How is the weather over there?
U: We are in summer and it is very hot.
S: Yes, too much I would say.
A: I imagine, it’s cold here.
U: I miss Peru, I miss its food and I miss my family so much.
S: Me too, but...
U: Yes, there is a but, Why don’t you guess Alex?
A: What happening? Tell me.
S: We are planning a trip to Peru, as our honeymoon.
A: Oh Really? That would be fantastic, you know, don’t forget to visit me.
U: Don’t worry; we are going to visit you.

Narrator “Y”: The conversation became very interesting between the friends,
but the moment of farewell arrives
Eighth scene:
(Characters: Alex, Soraya and Ulises)
A: Well guys, I have to leave you, how nice to see you again even if it’s by video
call.
S: Likewise Alex, how nice to see each other again, even if it’s on a cell phone.

U: We miss you Alex.


A: I miss you guys too, take care of yourselves.
S: Take care you too Alex, bye.
U: Goodbye guys.
A: Bye guys, see you soon.
Narrator “Y”: He hangs up the video call, asks for the bill, cancels it, and
leaves the restaurant to go home.
