¿Cómo buscar evidencia para sustentar las decisiones clínicas en odontología?

Describiremos cómo formular preguntas clínicas para facilitar la búsqueda de evidencia, así
como dónde y cómo buscar evidencia relevante.
1. ¿Por qué un odontólogo debe saber dónde y como buscar los diferentes tipos de la
mejor evidencia?
R: es muy importante porque de ello nos podemos ayudar bastante a la hora de estar
en clase, practicas o haciendo investigaciones y tengamos que saber los mejores
métodos de todo el mundo así hacemos nuestro mejor trabajo. La base de datos en
todo el mundo ha evolucionado y han salido mejores métodos de tratamientos o
procedimientos que son más eficaces para nuestros pacientes
2. ¿Cómo se identifica la naturaleza de la pregunta clínica de investigación?
R: se detecta por los diferentes espacios y momentos particulares
3. Explique cómo identificar el mejor tipo de diseño de estudio para responder la
pregunta clínica de investigación.
R: se marca una meta antes de un diseño de investigación, hacemos una técnicas que
nos beneficia la recopilación de bese de datos; se mantiene un procedimiento de
investigacion de los datos.

incidence of impaction and have been held responsible for pathologies such as
pericoronitis, periodontitis, second molars tooth-crown resorption, pain, cysts or
odontogenic tumors, primary or secondary crowding of the dentition. Early removal of
these teeth to prevent the over mentioned problems is widely acknowledged, as many
studies demonstrated a direct correlation between age and incidence of complications.
These studies mostly refer to adult patients, while studies about germectomies are few.
Because recent contributions showed that the risk of development of these pathologies in
presence of impacted third molars is quite low while a certain morbidity associated to this
procedure may be expected, a very careful risk to benefit ratio must be considered. The
purpose of this study was therefore to compare the incidence of complications and side
effects in three age groups, in order to obtain some information about the choice of the
best moment for operation.
