Criminalistica:

¿Que es?

La criminalística es una ciencia forense de carácter empírico y multidisciplinar, íntimamente ligada

a la criminología y al derecho penal. Su objetivo es investigar la escena del crimen para demostrar
cómo se cometieron los hechos delictivos, quiénes fueron sus protagonistas y a qué motivaciones
responden.

¿Qué estudia la criminalística?

Esta rama multidisciplinar se apoya en métodos y técnicas de las ciencias naturales—desde la

física, la química y la biología a la medicina o la grafología—para demostrar cómo, quién, cuándo y
por qué se ha cometido un hecho delictivo. Los criminalistas desarrollan su trabajo en la escena
del crimen, reuniendo pruebas y evidencias, y en el laboratorio, donde analizan los datos
recabados y realizan pruebas aplicando el método científico para demostrar sus hipótesis.

Características:

1.- Se auxilia de otras ciencias llamadas forenses.

2.- Tiene como objetivo esclarecer un "presunto hecho delictuoso", así al actor.

3.- Sigue un método y técnicas de investigación

4.- Se considera Disciplina, aunque existen autores que aseguran es una CIENCIA

Me gustaría estudiar esta carrera porque me quiero ayudar a las personas a saber porque
murieron sus conocidos y no quedarse con el remordimiento y ayudarlos a hacer justicia. También
me gustaría para hacer justicia y darles lo que se merecen a los responsables de un atroz crimen.

La criminalística investiga hasta el fondo y llegar hasta las conclusiones sin tener ni una duda para
poder confirmar a los culpables, se buscan sospechosos, involucrados, relaciones que tenía la
víctima y así poder dar con el responsable y hacer justicia, pero hacer justicia ya sería
responsabilidad de un abogado

the future.

What is it?

Criminalistics is an empirical and multidisciplinary forensic science, closely linked to criminology

and criminal law. Its objective is to investigate the scene of the crime to demonstrate how the
criminal acts were committed, who were the protagonists and what motivations they respond to.

What does criminalistics study?

This multidisciplinary branch relies on methods and techniques from the natural sciences-from
physics, chemistry and biology to medicine and graphology-to demonstrate how, who, when and
why a crime was committed. Criminalists carry out their work at the crime scene, gathering
evidence and proof, and in the laboratory, where they analyze the data collected and conduct
tests applying the scientific method to prove their hypotheses.

Characteristics:

1.- It is aided by other sciences called forensic.

2.- Its objective is to clarify an "alleged crime", thus the actor.

3.- It follows a method and techniques of investigation.

It is considered a discipline, although there are authors who claim it is a SCIENCE.

I would like to study this career because I want to help people to know why their acquaintances
died and not stay with remorse and help them to do justice. I would also like to do justice and give
those responsible for a heinous crime what they deserve.

Criminalistics investigates to the bottom and reach the conclusions without a doubt to confirm the
culprits, suspects are sought, involved, relationships that had the victim and thus be able to find
the responsible and do justice, but to do justice would be the responsibility of a lawyer.
