LAVANDERÍA | LAUNDRY

Tenemos a su disposición un servicio de lavandería de lunes a viernes

(excepto días festivos). Por favor, hágalo saber a la mucama de la
planta antes de las 10:00 horas. Todas las bolsas con ropa recogidas
antes de las 10:00h. serán entregadas hasta las 12:00 horas del día
hábil siguiente. Encontrarán la bolsa de lavandería y lista con detalle
de prendas, por favor rellene el formulario y póngalo dentro junto con
las prendas. La bolsa deberá estar sobre la cama o en un lugar visible
de la habitación.

We offer a laundry service from Monday to Friday, except bank

holidays. Please give notice of your request to Housekeeping before
10 A.M. All items collected before 10 A.M. will be delivered until
12:00 P.M. of the next day. You will find the laundry bag and list with
details of the clothes, please fill in the form and put it inside together
with the clothes. The bag must be on the bed or in a visible place in
the room.

Uso de caja de seguridad / How to use the safety box

1. Presionar durante 3 segundos el botón rojo ubicado en el interior
de la puerta (emitirá un sonido 1 vez).
2. Ingresar una clave (debe contemplar 3 dígitos numéricos y la letra
B al finalizar).
3. Inmediatamente deberá cerrar la puerta, el mecanismo de cierre
se activará automáticamente.
4. Para abrir o volver a cerrar deberá ingresar su clave de tres dígitos
y luego la letra B.

1. Press the red button on the inside of the door for 3 seconds (it
will buzz once).
2. Introduce a code (containing 3 numbers and ending with the
letter B).
3. Close the door immediately, the closing mechanism will activate
automatically.
4. To open or close again, please introduce your code of 3 num-
bers ending with the letter B.

Uso del control remoto / Control Use

Encender/Apagar TELEVISOR: Apuntar el control remoto hacia laTV
y presionar en el costado superior el primer botón de la izquierda
(“TV”) y luego el botón rojo.*
To turn on/off TV: point remote control toward the TV set and press
the first button on top side left (“TV”) and then the red button.*
*En caso de que aparezca el aviso “sin señal” presionar botón ”input“
ubicado en la parte superior del control y elegir la opción "Video 2".
*If Tv shows warning “sin señal” press button “imput” which is un-
der red button and choose option “Video 2”.

Encender/Apagar DECODIFICADOR: Apuntar el control remoto ha-

cia el aparato decodificador y presionar el botón ubicado por debajo
del botón rojo.
To turn on/off DECODER: point remote control toward the decoder
device and press the button located underneath the red button, and
then press the red button.

CAMBIAR DE CANAL: Apuntar el control remoto hacia el aparato

decodificador y pulsar las flechas verticales.
TO CHANGE CHANNELS: Point remote control towards the deco-
der device and press the Up/Down arrows.

SUBIR O BAJAR VOLUMEN: Apuntar el control remoto hacia el apa-

rato decodificador y pulsar las flechas laterales.
TO RAISE OR LOWER VOLUME: Point remote control towards the
decoder device and press the Left or Right arrows.

No se permite el ingreso de mascotas al hotel.

Solo se permite el ingreso de perros de asistencia, guía o lazarillos son
los únicos aptos y reconocidos por la ley chilena para realizar labo-
res de ayuda a personas con diferentes tipos y grados de discapaci-
dad, quienes además tienen derecho permanente a ser acompañados
por este tipo de animales. Es necesario presentar credencial legal que
identifique al usuario y al animal.
