Los alimentos que producen poca insulina son las principales fuentes de
proteínas, como las carnes, las aves, los pescados, los mariscos, los
huevos, los lácteos, y los carbohidratos naturales como vegetales, ya sea
en ensaladas o en jugos.
Por eso, siempre recuerda que no tienes que empezar una dieta que vaya
a terminar algún día, sino comenzar un estilo de vida que dure para
siempre.
De esta manera comer bien será normal para ti, porque te permitirá
cuidarte y al mismo tiempo tener una normal vida social.

diets used by people who actually feed themselves wrongly, since this
leads them, for instance, to starve for a while to lose a large number of
pounds, until they are overwhelmed by anxiety and end up quitting, and
by quitting they regain the lost weight, and in some cases, they gain even
more.
The result is a constant weight gain and weight loss that frustrates the
person, as they think that no matter what they do, they will never look
good, which is not true.
So, you must always remember that you should not take up a diet that
will finish some day, but take up a lifestyle that will last forever.
The 3 System proposes and organized, varied and complete eating style
that contemplates small snacks and that is very easy to incorporate as a
habit.
In this way, you will it find normal to eat correctly, because it will let you
take care of yourself as well as have a normal social life.
You must always keep this system in order to reach, firstly, the objective
of being fit, and then keeping the results in the long run.

months, and your body will have experienced a notorious change
compared to the body you had in the past, which will push you forward
along the same path, and you will never want to change it.
