Las valorizaciones tienen el carácter

de pagos a cuenta y serán
elaboradas el último día de cada
período previsto en las Bases, por el
inspector o supervisor y el
contratista.

 1.2 VALORIZACIONES A SUMA ALZADA:

En el caso de las obras contratadas bajo el sistema a

Suma Alzada, durante la ejecución de la obra, las
valorizaciones se formulan en función de los metrados
ejecutados aplicando las partidas y precios unitarios del
desagregado de partidas que dió origen a la propuesta y
que fuera presentada al momento de ofertar, agregando
separadamente los montos proporcionales de gastos
generales y utilidad ofertados a este monto se agrega, de
ser el caso, el porcentaje correspondiente al Impuesto
General a las Ventas.

 1.3 VALORIZACIONES A PRECIOS UNITARIOS:

En el caso de las obras contratadas bajo el Sistema de

Precios Unitarios valorizaciones se formulan en función de
los metrados ejecutados con los precios unitarios ofertados,
agregando separadamente los montos proporcionales de
gastos generales y utilidad ofertados por el contratista; a
este monto se agregará, de ser el caso, el porcentaje
correspondiente al Impuesto General a las Ventas.

 En las obras contratadas bajo el sistema a precios
unitarios se valorizará hasta el total de los metrados
realmente ejecutados, mientras que en el caso de las
obras bajo el sistema de suma alzada se valorizará
hasta el total de los metrados del presupuesto de
obra

 1.4.- DE LOS METRADOS:

 Los metrados de obra ejecutados serán

formulados y valorizados conjuntamente por el
contratista y el inspector o supervisor, y
presentados a la Entidad dentro de los plazos
que establezca el contrato. Si el inspector o
supervisor no se presenta para la valorización
conjunta con el contratista, éste la efectuará.
 El inspector o supervisor deberá revisar los
metrados durante el período de aprobación de
la valorización.

 Se constituyen en obra el Residente, Supervisor e
Inspector y miden los avances por cada partida
(estas cantidades se denominan “metrados de
avance”, luego de los cual se multiplican los
resultados por los precios unitarios ver figura 03.

 1.5.- DE LA APROBACIÓN DE LA VALORIZACIÓN:

El plazo máximo de aprobación por el inspector o el

supervisor de las valorizaciones y su remisión a la
Entidad para períodos mensuales es de cinco (5) días,
contados a partir del primer día hábil del mes siguiente
al de la valorización respectiva, y será cancelada por la
Entidad en fecha no posterior al último día de tal mes.
Cuando las valorizaciones se refieran a períodos
distintos a los previstos en este párrafo, las Bases
establecerán el tratamiento correspondiente de acuerdo
con lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.

 PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL PAGO DE LA VALORIZACIÓN

I.- CIERRE DE METRADOS

PASO 1: EL CONTRATISTA PREPARA Y PRESENTA EL
INFORME DE VALORIZACIÓN MENSUAL, ADJUNTANDO
DOCUMENTOS DE SUSTENTO.
PLAZO: DENTRO DE LOS 5 ÚLTIMOS DIAS CALENDARIOS DEL MES.

PASO 2: EL SUPERVISOR, RECEPCIONA EL INFORME, PASO 3: EL SUPERVISOR, INGRESA POR MESA DE

REGISTRA EN EL CUADERNO DE OBRA DIGITAL LA FECHA PARTES DE LA ENTIDAD EL INFORME DE VALORIZACIÓN
DE PRESENTACIÓN ASÍ COMO EL MONTO DE LA CON TODOS LOS SUSTENTOS.
VALORIZACIÓN Y REVISA EL INFORME PRESENTADO. PLAZO: HASTA 5 DÍAS CALENDARIOS DESPUES DEL PRIMER DÍA
PLAZO: DENTRO DE LOS 5 PRIMEROS DÍAS DEL MES SIGUIENTE.. HÁBIL DEL MES.
