 Resumen
La presente investigación llevo por título la motivación y satisfacción laboral de los
docentes del programa académico de administración de la universidad San Pedro
Huaraz 2022; donde permitió cuestionarnos sobre ¿Cuál es la relación que existe
entre la motivación y la satisfacción laboral de los docentes?, para ello se estableció
como objetivo: Determinar la relación existente entre la motivación y la satisfacción
laboral, teniendo en cuenta los principios de Mcclelland.

La metodología que se empleó en la presente investigación fue de tipo correlacional,

donde se usó el diseño de investigación no experimental y transversal, porque
durante el desarrollo no se manipularon las variables, y porque se recaudó la
información en un solo momento y tiempo. La población fue de 15 docentes, donde
se aplicó el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, dando como tamaño de muestra
también el mismo número de la población censal, por ser esta muy pequeña. Para
medir las variables motivación y satisfacción laboral se empleó cuestionarios
valorizados con la escala de Likert, la confiabilidad de los cuestionarios se realizó a
través del estadístico Alfa de Cronbach.

 Abstract
The title of this research is the motivation and job satisfaction of the teachers of the
academic administration program of the San Pedro Huaraz University 2022; where it
allowed us to question ourselves about what is the relationship between motivation
and job satisfaction of teachers? For this purpose, the objective was established:
Determine the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction, taking into
account the principles of McClelland.

The methodology used in the present investigation was of the correlational type,
where the non-experimental and cross-sectional research design was used, because
during the development the variables were not manipulated, and because the
information was collected in a single moment and time. The population was 15
teachers, where simple random probabilistic sampling was applied, giving as sample
size also the same number of the census population, since it is very small. To
measure the motivation and job satisfaction variables, questionnaires valued with the
Likert scale were used, the reliability of the questionnaires will be carried out
through the Cronbach's Alpha statistic
