- English: The main asset of a company are its employees since they carry
out numerous functions for the growth of the company.
2. Fixed assets: Those with a long cycle destined for the productive
quantity rather than for resale. Includes plant, equipment and intangible
assets.
4. Action: Capital unit or name of the holder and that indicates that
ownership of a company.
- English: I need a detailed report on the balance sheet of the economic unit.
7. Petty Cash: Fund of a determined amount from which the funds are
extracted for the expenses of small amounts. This system is commonly used
in businesses.
9. Account: Record of all transactions and the date of each of them that
affects a particular phase of a company. It is expressed in the form of charges
and credits evaluated in monetary terms and showing the current balance if it
exists.

10. Counter: Device or person that stores a number and allows it to be
increased and decreased based on certain instructions.
12. Credit: Part of an entry recorded on the right hand side of the ledger
account journal. Sales or purchases accompanied by a promise to pay after
the date they are made.
- English: I asked for a $200 loan and I didn't handle the accounts well.
14. Liabilities: Funds owed by a bank. The biggest liability for a bank is
the deposits of its customers.

15. Current Liabilities: Part of the liability that matures within one year.
Includes suppliers, public treasury, social security and short-term bank or
various creditors.

16. Fixed Liabilities: All debts that do not mature within the subsequent
fiscal period (for example, mortgages, outstanding bonds).
