INTRODUCCIÓN
Los puentes son elementos principales en las carreteras y sus funciones son
distintas desde unir grandes tramos por la separación de un río, o los viaductos que
sirven para unir caminos separados por terrenos profundos. Estos además se
deben construir de una manera funcional y segura para facilitar el desplazamiento
de la población y realizar labores económicas y sociales. En nuestro país son
muchas las condiciones que se deben tomar en cuenta al momento de analizar y
diseñar puentes, la peligrosidad y la vulnerabilidad sísmica, las cargas que soportan
estas estructuras como: cargas vivas, accidentales, de impacto, etc. El mal diseño
de estas cargas producirá daños en el concreto y el acero. El tipo de cimentaciones
también es importante ya que este conforma la raíz del puente sosteniendo en el
suelo toda la estructura, y un mal diseño podría ocasionar daños como la
socavación.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal mostrar el uso aplicativo del curso
de diseño de puentes y obras de arte, el trabajo consta de tres etapas, en la primera
etapa mostraremos marco teórico introductor al curso. En la segunda etapa
estudiaremos tres casos; de la cual la primera muestra diseño por estado límite de
resistencia; el segundo caso, diseño por estado límite de servicio, y tercero por
estado límite y fatiga. Para culminar, en la tercera etapa hablaremos acerca de la
importancia y aplicación productiva de los diseños aplicados en el presente informe
como aprendizaje del presente curso de puentes.
OBJETIVOS
1. Objetivo General
• Elaborar el diseño del puente.
• Elaborar la ingeniería de detalle.
Objetivos Específicos
Un puente es una estructura para unir dos puntos inaccesibles a los usuarios,
diseñados horizontal o verticalmente para resistir eficientemente las
solicitaciones (cargas) a las que estará sometido. El puente permite superar
obstáculos naturales como vías fluviales, marítimas o valles.

Los puentes colgantes permiten salvar grandes luces, trabajan con obenques
de acero o aleaciones especiales, generalmente de estructural de acero o
mixta. Uno de los máximos exponentes es el Golden Gate en San Francisco
(EE.UU.) con 1280m de luz

● Superestructura: constituida generalmente por la estructura superior,
como son las vigas del puente, el tablero, pasamanos, accesos, los
soportes en los extremos y las luces.
● Subestructura: conforma las estructuras que soportan la parte
superior: son los pilares, las columnas, y el pie de cada columna.
● Fundación: son los pilotes o cimentaciones que soportan cada
