way, how was your last New Year's Eve?
Richard: It was a fantastic day.
Wilber: who did you spend it with?
Richard: I went to my mom's house and met relatives I haven't seen in a long
time there.
Wilber: what did you do that day?
Richard: During the day we made purchases to receive the new year.
Wilber: Interesting, what food did you cook for that day?
Richard: My mom made baked chicken with noodle pie and tomato salad.
Wilber: that's good. Did you spend the night there?
Richard: Sure! then we ate and got ready for the countdown.
We sat in the living room and my parents began to tell funny stories about
their past vacations.
Wilber: Well, I see you had a great New Year's Eve.
Richard: And how did you spend it?
Wilber: The truth is that I didn't have a very good time.

why? I spent it alone since I couldn't travel to the place where my
parents live because the tickets had sold out.

nuevo?
Richard: Estuve genial.
Wilber: ¿con quienes lo pasaste?
Richard: Fui a la casa de mi mamá y me encontré con parientes que no
había visto en mucho tiempo allí.
Wilber: ¿qué hicieron ese día?
Richard: Durante el día hicimos compras para recibir el año nuevo.
Wilber: Ya veo, ¿qué comida cocinaron para ese día?
Richard: Mi mamá hizo pollo asado, varias ensaladas y yo horneé un
pastel.
Wilber: eso es bueno ¿Pasaste la noche allí?
Richard: claro! luego comimos y nos preparamos para la cuenta regresiva.
Nos sentamos en la sala y mis parientes comenzaron a contar historias
divertidas sobre sus vacaciones pasadas.
wilber: Bueno, veo que tuviste una gran vispera de año nuevo.
Richard: Asies wilber y tu como lo pasastes.
Wilber: La verdad yo no pase muy bien.
Richard: ¿por que?
Wilber: Por que lo pase solo ya que no podia viajar al lugar ddonde viven
mis padres por que se habian agotado los pasajes.
Richard: No sabes cuanto lo siento, espero que este año puedas ir y
pasarla con tu familia.
Wilber: Muchas gracias Richar esta ves comprare el pasaje con
anticipacion y pasarlo en famila.
Richar: Esta bien chau cuidate
