Primero consideramos los siguientes valores para el cálculo del número
estructural:

Confiabilidad: 90%
Desviación estándar: 0.45 (pavimento flexible)
Serviciabilidad: PSI INICIAL: 4.0
PSI FINAL: 2.5

Mr Carpeta Asfáltica: 450000 PSI

Mr Base Granular: 30000 PSI
Mr Sub Base Granular: 15000 PSI
