cordialmente, con la finalidad hacer de su conocimiento con respecto al plan de Seguridad en el trabajo de
la Obra: “Creación De Los Servicios De Proteccion Contra Inundaciones En Ambos Margenes Del
Rio Carash Desde El Sector De Ango Hasta La Altura Del Cementerio De Carhuayoc, Distrito De
San Marcos – Provincia De Huari – Departamento De Ancash”, de acuerdo a los lineamientos y
metodologías de plan de manejo Ambinltal, es APROBADO, se detalla a continuación correspondiente.

IV. OBJETIVOS DEL PROYECTO

4.1. Objetivo General

 Proteger al trabajador de los agentes del medio ambiente de trabajo que puedan alterar su
salud y vida.
 Para todo el personal que por la naturaleza del trabajo así lo amerite
 Debe responder a las condiciones existentes en el lugar de trabajo.
 Debe tener en cuenta las condiciones anatómicas, fisiológicas y el estado de salud del
trabajo.
 Debe adecuarse al portador tras el ajuste necesario.

V. MARCO LEGAL

5.1. Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones, Norma G.050, Seguridad Durante la

Construcción

5.2. Cumpliendo los requerimientos de la Norma Técnica G. 050, RM 148-2007-TR.

VI. ANÁLISIS Y EVALUACIÓN DEL PLAN:

 El presente plan de seguridad en el trabajo de la Obra cumple con los requisitos minimos para
su aplicación durante el proceso constructivo.

VII. CONCLUSIONES

 Por lo tanto, luego de la revisión documentaria en su totalidad se concluye que el

Plande Seguridad en el Trabajo de la Obra: “Creación De Los Servicios De
Proteccion Contra Inundaciones En Ambos Margenes Del Rio Carash Desde El
Sector De Ango Hasta La Altura Del Cementerio De Carhuayoc, Distrito De San
Marcos – Provincia De Huari – Departamento De Ancash”, se encuentra
APROBADO.

VIII. RECOMENDACIONES

 De acuerdo a lo manifestado anteriormente se procederá a comunicar a la Subgerencia

de Ejecución de Inversión Pública y a imprimir un juego más del de plan de seguridad
en el trabajo de la Obra del contratista para que estén de manera física en obra.
