 OBJETIVOS

1. Fortalecimiento de Clubes y Asociaciones Deportivas de la Liga de Distrital

de Baloncesto de Pocollay.

2. Fortalecer Alianza Estratégica entre el Consejo Regional del Deporte de

Tacna - IPD, la Municipalidad Distrital de Pocollay y la Liga de Baloncesto de
Pocllay para el Acompañamiento y Desarrollo de Clubes y Asociaciones
Deportivas.

3. Atender y facilitar el uso de Coliseos a Clubes y Asociaciones Deportivas

para su fortalecimiento Administrativo.

4. Facilitar la mejora de Gestión de Recursos a Clubes y Asociaciones

aprovechando la Tecnología y redes sociales. Promoviendo seguridad de
inversión a Auspiciadores y Sponsors.

 I. ESTRUCTURACION E INTEGRACION.

Activación de Hoja de Ruta para el fortalecimiento Estructural, Deportivo y de

Gestión de la Liga Distrital de Baloncesto de Pocollay.

1.1. CLUBES Y ASOCIACIONES DEPORTIVAS DE LIGA.

Empadronamiento y Acreditación de Deportistas, Comandos Técnicos y

Desarrollo de Planificación Deportiva a Corto, Mediano y Largo Plazo para la
continuidad de Practicas en Escenarios Coliseo Zela, Coliseo Gladys Céspedes
y Coliseo Polideportivo de Pocollay.
