Desde los años 1950 hasta la actualidad el mundo y el comercio ha sufrido cambios
importantes en temas de aduanas en su administración y funciones. La presente investigación
tuvo como objetivo el análisis de la aplicación de sanciones por parte de la Administración
Aduanera de Honduras a las Agencias Aduaneras. El enfoque utilizado en la investigación es
tipo cualitativo, ya que se midió de manera objetiva las variables de investigación, se utilizó la
entrevista como técnica de recolección de datos la que nos dio la pauta para poder comprobar
las hipótesis. Para poder solventar este problema La Administración Aduanera de Honduras
junto con la ayuda de otros entes gubernamentales implementó medidas que han sido eficientes
para lograr la facilitación de comercio en nuestra región y país.

 ABSTRACT

Since the 1950s to the present, the world and trade have undergone important changes
in customs issues in their administration and functions. The present investigation had as
objective the analysis of the application of sanctions by the Customs Administration of
Honduras to the Customs Agencies. The approach used in the research is qualitative, since the
research variables were objectively measured, the interview was used as a data collection
technique, which gave us the guideline to be able to verify the hypotheses. In order to solve this
problem, the Honduran Customs Administration, together with the help of other government
entities, implemented measures that have been efficient in facilitating trade in our region and
country.
