MINING INVESTMENT
La imagen que se percibe del Per es tan favorable en vista de que en los ltimos aos el pas ha logrado posicionarse de una manera muy positiva dentro del ambiente de inversin, crecimiento econmico y desarrollo. Prueba de ello es la tendencia creciente en las inversiones mineras registradas en el 2009.
EN EL 2009, las inversiones mineras en el Per ascendieron a 2,771 millones de dlares, 62% ms que las registradas en el ao 2008 que fueron de US$ 1,708 millones, segn cifras reportadas por los titulares mineros en cumplimiento del artculo 69 del Decreto Supremo 03-94-EM. Este importante crecimiento de la inversin en minera es relevante porque se da en un entorno internacional desfavorable debido a la crisis, cuando lo previsible era de que se retraigan las inversiones ante la incertidumbre, como ha sucedido en otros pases de la regin, los inversionistas nacionales y extranjeros demostraron una vez ms su confianza en nuestro pas sobre la base de su estabilidad econmica y poltica comprobada; y en particular, en el sector, en virtud de la reconocida tradicin y potencial minero del Per. El incremento de la inversin ha sido liderado por la inversin en equipamiento minero, que ha crecido en 182% con respecto al ao 2008, sustentado entre otros por las inversiones realizadas por la Empresa Southern Peru Copper, con US$ 292 millones, en sus unidades Malena I y III, Toquepala 1 y Ta Mara. La Compaia Minera Miski Mayo tambin registr una importante inversin en su unidad Bayovar II con montos del orden de los US$ 57 millones y Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde con una inversin de US$ 48 millones en su UEA Cerro Verde 1,2,3. Gran incremento han experimentado las inversiones en el rubro Equipamiento de Planta de Beneficio, que creci en 126% con respecto al ao 2008, debido fundamentalmente a la inversin en la Refinera de Cajamarquilla por la Empresa Votoramtim Metais que ascendi a US$ 147 millones en el ao 2009, asimismo se debe destacar en este rubro, las importantes inversiones rea-

lizadas por las empresas El Brocal (US$ 47 millones), Antamina (US$ 32 millones) y Southern Peru Copper (US$ 22 millones). Por otro lado, durante el 2009, tambin destaca el incremento de las inversiones mineras en exploracin, en el orden del 109% con respecto al ao anterior, liderado por las inversiones en exploracin de la Compaa de Minas Buenaventura con US$ 55 millones, Xstrata Tintaya con US$ 25 millones y Rio Tinto Minera Per Limitada SAC en su unidad La Granja con US$ 21 millones. Otros incrementos interesantes se registraron en los rubros de Preparacin (49%), Explotacin (20%), Infraestructura (17%) y Otros (52%).
IN 2009, the mining investments in Peru ascended to 2,771 million dollars, 62 % more than the registered ones in the year 2008 that were 1,708 millions of US$ according to the numbers reported by the mining holders in execution of the article 69 of the Supreme Decree 03-94EM. This important growth of the investment in mining industry is relevant because it is given in an international unfavorable environment due to the crisis, when the predictable thing was that investments retract before the uncertainty of the crisis, since it has happened in other countries of the region. The national and foreign investors once again have given sample of its confidence and faith in our country on the basis of its verified stability and in the mining sector especially, by virtue of the recognized tradition and great mining potential of Peru The increase of the investment, it has been led by the investment in mining equipment that has grown in 182 % with respect to the year 2008 sustained among others by the investments realized by the Company Southern Peru Copper, with US$ 292 million, in its units Malena I and III, Toquepala 1 and Tia Maria. The Mining Company Miski Mayo also registered an important investment in its unit Bayovar II with amounts of the order of the US$ 57 Mining Society Cerro Verde with an investment of US$ 48 million its UEA Cerro Verde 1, 2, 3. Cabe precisar que el rubro Otros comprende inversiones realizadas por las empresas mineras no consideradas en los dems rubros, tales como facilidades en las reas operativas, inversin en aspectos ambientales, hospitales, almacenes, reas administrativas, etc. y tambin incluyen proyectos complejos que engloban equipamiento minero, de planta, infraestructura, estudios, etc.
DESTINO MUNDIAL DE LA INVERSIN EN EXPLORACIN MINERA

En el mes de marzo de 2009, se di a conocer el informe Tendencias mundiales de exploracin minera, que fue dado a conocer por el Metals Economics Group (MEG) en el marco de la inauguracin del PDAC 2009. En dicho informe se destaca al Per como el quinto destino mundial de la inversin en exploracin minera, captando un total de 630 millones de dlares para actividades de exploracin durante el 2008, cifra equivalente al 5% del total mundial, superando en este campo a paises como China, Rusia, Chile y Brasil. Un nuevo informe publicado en marzo de 2010, destaca al Per como el tercer destino mundial de las inversiones en exploracin minera durante el 2009, participando del 7% del total global y posicionndose como primer destino a nivel latinoamericano.

WORLD DESTINATION OF THE INVESTMENT IN MINING EXPLORATION In March, 2009, there was announced the report "world Trends of mining exploration ", which was announced by the Metals Economics Group (MEG) in the frame of the inauguration of the PDAC 2009. In the above mentioned report is stand out Peru as the fifth world destination of the investment in mining exploration, gaining a whole of 630 million dollars for activities of exploration during 2008, number equivalent to 5 % of the world whole, overcoming in this field to countries as China, Russia, Chile and Brazil.

CLIMA DE INVERSIN
La estabilidad del marco jurdico es fundamental para alentar las inversiones en el sector minero, ya que se trata de un sector intensivo en capital, que implica inversiones de gran envergadura con maduracin a mediano y largo plazo. Para lograr este objetivo, en el Per hace ya un tiempo, se modific sustancialmente la mayor parte de la legislacin minera, lo que ha permitido crear un marco legal que promueve la inversin nacional y extranjera en igualdad de derechos, facilidades y garantas, ello, ha determinado que el sistema minero vigente en el Per sea uno de los ms competitivos en Amrica Latina. Entre las principales ventajas competitivas de la legislacin minera peruana destacan: Contratos de Estabilidad Jurdica firmados con el Estado y garantizados por la Constitucin Poltica del Per. Libre disposicin de divisas y remesas al exterior. Solucin de eventuales conflictos a travs del arbitraje nacional o internacional. Estabilidad en el rgimen tributario general (Impuesto a la Renta, Derechos Arancelarios, Impuesto a las Ventas). No existe discriminacin entre inversionistas nacionales y extranjeros. Devolucin anticipada de IGV y depreciacin acelerada. Garanta para la propiedad privada. Libertad para adquirir acciones a nacionales. Libertad para acceder al crdito interno y externo Libertad para remesar regalas y utilidades. Libre transferencia de capitales. Libre acceso a las concesiones mineras, a nacionales y extranjeros. Por excepcin, los extranjeros dentro 50 los Km. de la lnea de frontera requieren autorizacin mediante Decreto Supremo. Transparencia en la informacin. Irrevocabilidad de la concesin (salvo que incumpla con sus obligaciones determinadas por la Ley General de Minera - TUO).

CARTERA DE PROYECTOS MINEROS

La cartera estimada de inversin en minera se encuentra compuesta por 36 principales proyectos, los cuales incluyen proyectos de exploracin as como proyectos de ampliacin, que en conjunto ascienden a US$ 35,471 millones. Cabe mencionar que si bien existen otros proyectos en etapa de exploracin que no se encuentran en la cartera, esta solo es de carcter referencial e intenta recoger todas las comunicaciones formales de los titulares mineros. Algunos de los 36 proyectos mencionados no han definido su fecha de inicio de operacin ni su fecha de construccin dado que aun se encuentran en etapa de estudios y permisos.

Durante el 2009, el sector minero peruano consolid la maduracin de importantes proyectos de inversin lo que asegura su futuro desarrollo; as tenemos que:
VOTORANTIM METAIS CAJAMARQUILLA S.A.; Planea culminar en febrero de 2010, la ampliacin de la capacidad de produccin de la refinera de Zinc Cajamarquilla, que demand una inversin de US$ 500 millones y le permitir alcanzar una produccin de 320,000 TMF/ao de zinc. Este proyecto de expansin se dividi en 2 etapas: la primera fue concluida en setiembre del 2008 con una inversin de US$ 100 millones, y aument la produccin de 130,000 TM/ao. Mientras que la segunda fase, an en marcha, compromete una inversin de US$ 400 millones para duplicar la produccin. La refinera, ubicada en Chosica, fue construida en 1981 por el Estado Peruano, pero tras su privatizacin en 1995 fue adquirida inicialmente por el consorcio formado por Cominco y Marubeni y en el 2004 la compr la brasilea Votorantim Metais. Este grupo es un conglomerado empresarial en el sector del nquel y zinc, y tiene unidades de produccin en Brasil, China, USA y Per. La produccin de zinc ir aumentando gradualmente y en mayo debe alcanzar al 100% de la capacidad. La mayor parte de la produccin de la refinera se destinar a Estados Unidos y Europa, ya que el mercado interno no est en capacidad de absorberla. La demanda interna de zinc se ha empezado a recuperar aunque an falta recobrar un 40% para volver a los buenos niveles que se registraron en el 2007, la crisis de este ao afect a las empresas. A nivel mundial la recuperacin se est dando gradualmente, en algunos mercados ms que otros como es el caso de USA y Brasil, Votorantim Metais ha sido una de las pocas empresas que, a pesar de la crisis, no paraliz su proyecto de ampliacin y contino avanzando gracias al apoyo de sus proveedores y la confianza en la economa. Su plan inmediato es poner en marcha la ampliacin de la refinera y luego evaluarn la coyuntura econmica para definir nuevos proyectos SOCIEDAD MINERA CERRO VERDE, Controlada por Freeport-McMoRan, reanud en septiembre 2009 la operacin de su planta de produccin de molibdeno y anunci que trabaja intensamente para ampliar su operacin de cobre con una inversin cercana a los US$ 1,000 millones, los estudios de ingeniera ya estn en marcha, el propsito de la empresa es la construccin de una planta concentradora similar a la que fue inaugurada el 2007, es decir con capacidad procesar 110,000 tpd de mineral. Se estima que producir aproximadamente 200,000 TMF adicionales de cobre al ao, con lo cual la produccin cuprfera de la compaa aumentara a 500,000 TMF por ao.
AMPLIACIONES:
SOUTHERN PER COPPER CORPORATION Su matriz es el Grupo Mxico. Con fecha 01/02/2010 anunci que durante este ao invertir aproximadamente US$ 600 millones para expandir su produccin minera en el Per. La compaa est fuertemente comprometida a continuar su crecimiento orgnico, por lo que su directorio ha aprobado un programa de inversiones de US$ 2,800 millones para los prximos 3 aos, para desarrollar nueva capacidad de produccin. Indicaron que para el Per tienen previsto ejecutar inversiones de alrededor de US$ 1,800 millones de su programa de inversiones para el perodo 2010 2012. SPCC precis que su directorio ya autoriz el inicio de las inversiones en Per. Asimismo, report que las operaciones en el ao 2009 excedieron todas sus metas de produccin. En el caso del cobre minado y fundido (en Per y Mxico) en el cuarto trimestre del ao del ao pasado aument en 4.9 y 18.8 por ciento, respectivamente, comparado con los resultados del tercer trimestre del 2009. Adems, la produccin de molibdeno de SCC en el ao 2009 aument en 14%. Al respecto, el presidente del directorio de SCC, Germn Larrea, anuncio que los importantes resultados de la compaa en el ltimo trimestre del ao pasado, reflejan la recuperacin del precio del cobre y de otros metales, as como las amplias mejoras en la productividad de toda la compaa. La crisis econmica mundial est amainando y la perspectiva econmica para el mercado de cobre contina mejorando, la compaa, que actualmente mantiene las mayores reservas de cobre a nivel mundial, est excepcionalmente bien posicionada como uno de los productores ms eficientes y de menor costo, para tomar ventaja de esta situacin. SHOUGANG HIERRO PERU S.A.A. Con fecha 23/11/2009, el presidente de Shougang, Zhu Jimin, anunci que Shougang Hierro Per invertir US$ 1,000 millones en ampliar la planta de Marcona, lo que le permitir aumentar la capacidad de produccin anual a 10 millones de toneladas. Precis que en el primer semestre de 2010 debe estar listo el estudio de factibilidad y el Estudio de Impacto Ambiental (EIA) de este proyecto y tambin deben tener definido el suministro de gas natural que requieren, la puesta en marcha esta programada para el 2012.

COMPAA MINERA ANTAMINA S.A. Con fecha 05/01/2010 anunci una inversin de US$ 1,288 millones para ampliar sus operaciones mineras y capacidad de procesamiento de mineral en su yacimiento minero ubicado en el distrito de San Marcos, provincia de Huari, regin Ancash. La empresa, en el 2008 anunci un incremento en 77% de sus reservas de depsitos de mineral en el yacimiento. Las nuevas reservas de minerales fueron incorporados a un estudio de factibilidad que culmin el 2009, el mismo que permiti evaluar las opciones para la expansin anunciada. La ampliacin de reservas incluir aumentos en la capacidad de procesamiento de mineral, la misma que se elevar en 38% a 130,000 TM/dia, incrementar las reservas procesadas en 77% a 1,100 millones de toneladas y extender la vida til de la mina hasta el ao 2029. La expansin de la mina llevar a que la empresa adquiera nuevos equipos, ample su taller de camiones y potencie sus sistemas actuales de manejo de agua y almacenamiento de relaves. En el marco de la post crisis econmica, esta ampliacin representa la inversin privada ms grande que se ejecutar en Per en el 2010, demostrando la confianza que Antamina tiene en el pas, as como su compromiso con el desarrollo a largo plazo, mediante la decisin por parte de los accionistas de Antamina de aprobar esta inversin de envergadura en el pas. El presidente y gerente general de Antamina, Ian Kilgour, destac que los mayores niveles de produccin de mineral generarn mayores ingresos y, por consiguiente, este crecimiento conllevar al pago de ms Impuesto a la Renta (IR) al gobierno a mediano y largo plazo. Agreg que la mitad de esos recursos retornarn a la regin Ancash como canon minero para ser utilizados en obras de infraestructura local y regional. La compaa proyecta que, a lo largo de la vida del proyecto, los impuestos pagados se incrementarn en US$ 1,800 millones y el canon minero a la regin se elevar en US$ 900 millones. La ampliacin generar otros beneficios, tales como 2,726 empleos en la fase de construccin y ms de 500 empleos permanentes, principalmente para los residentes locales de la zona, y aumentarn las compras de bienes y servicios en el pas en 37%. Compaa Minera Antamina comenz a operar en el 2001 y representa la inversin privada ms grande en la historia de la minera en el pas, produciendo concentrados de cobre y zinc y, en menor medida, molibdeno y concentrados de plomo/bismuto. Sus accionistas son Xstrata (33.75%), BHP Billiton (33.75%), Teck Resources (22.5%) y Mitsubishi Corporation (10.0%). En el 2007 la empresa cre el Fondo Minero Antamina que hoy cuenta con recursos por US$ 163.9 millones que estn siendo invertidos en proyectos de salud y nutricin, infraestructura, educacin y fortalecimiento institucional. SOCIEDAD MINERA EL BROCAL S.A. La recuperacin econmica hace que las empresas mineras apunten a ampliar sus proyectos. Este es el caso de Sociedad Minera El Brocal, que decidi ampliar el monto de inversin autorizado al proyecto de ampliacin de operaciones de plomo y zinc en la mina Tajo Norte (Pasco) y la planta del circuito de cobre de Huaraucaca, del proyecto Colquijirca. El directorio de la sociedad en su sesin del 11 de febrero de 2010 acord ampliar el monto de inversin autorizado destinado al proyecto de ampliacin de operaciones a 18,000 TM/dia de US$ 160 millones a US$ 196.5 es decir, un incremento de US$ 26.5 millones. El proyecto consiste en la ampliacin de operaciones de plomo-zinc-plata de
la mina Tajo NorteLa Llave, de un nivel de extraccin y tratamiento de mineral 5,000 TMS/dia a un nivel de operaciones de 15,000 TMS/dia. Asimismo, el proyecto contempla la ampliacin del circuito de cobre de la planta de Huaraucaca a una capacidad de 3,000 TMS/dia. A la fecha ya han invertido US$ 73 millones. La segunda etapa se iniciar despus de julio de 2010. El incremento de esta inversin se enfoca a la construccin de una presa de relaves que permitir reutilizar el agua utilizada en la mina. La construccin de este proyecto representa el 80% de la nueva inversin aumentada, correspondiendo el 20% restante a la compra de equipos que facilitar este proyecto. Asimismo indican que esta infraestructura le permitir a la empresa realizar operaciones sin dificultades para 30 aos. Tambin la empresa sigue en la aprobacin de permisos con la CC de Vicco para la exploracin de 1,264 has. en el proyecto de zinc de San Gregorio, que forma parte del proyecto de Colquijirca. En el primer trimestre esperan modernizar las dos minicentrales hidroelctricas de Jupay-ragra y Rio Blanco.

INVERSIN CONFIRMADA:
TIA MARIA SOUTHERN PER COPPER CORPORATION-SPCC; SPCC continua desarrollando el proyecto cuprfero Ta Mara, ubicado en la provincia de Islay (Arequipa) y que demandar una inversin de US$ 950 millones, y producir unas 120,000 TMF/ao de ctodos de cobre; durante los 20 aos de vida til de la futura mina. El proyecto Ta Mara consta de dos cuerpos mineralizados: La Tapada, donde han logrado identificar alrededor de 500 millones de toneladas de reservas; y, Ta Mara, donde se han identificado 200 millones de toneladas ms de reservas. En promedio, en ambos proyectos cuentan con 700 millones de toneladas de reservas minerales con leyes (contenido de metal) promedio de 0.40% de cobre y 0.16 grm/Au/TM, Asimismo, puntualizan que el proyecto se explotar de manera convencional con dos tajos abiertos, con una etapa de chancado muy cerca de ellos, el transporte hacia el pad empleando una faja overland de 18 Km. de longitud y una planta de SX-EW (extraccin por solventes y electro deposicin) para la recuperacin del metal. Ta Mara se encuentra en la fase de ingeniera de detalle. SPCC invertir ms de US$ 400 millones durante los aos 2010 y 2011 para poner en operacin el proyecto, anuncio su presidente ejecutivo, Oscar Gonzlez. Indic que la empresa est asumiendo la ejecucin del proyecto con recursos propios de sus operaciones y utilidades debido a la dificultad que existe para acceder a crditos del sistema financiero a nivel mundial. A la fecha, la empresa ha gastado US$ 220 millones en el proyecto Ta Mara y est comprometida la ejecucin de inversiones por US$ 300 millones, con lo que sumarn hasta 520 millones en los aos 2008 y 2009. Asimismo, las inversiones se concentran en la elaboracin de estudios de ingeniera de las instalaciones de la mina y en la adquisicin de los equipos que se usarn para la extraccin del cobre en la zona. La empresa invertir un mximo de US$ 950 millones en este proyecto, el cual debe entrar en operaciones en el transcurso del ao 2011. Sin embargo, manifest que el inicio de produccin est ligado a la construccin de la lnea de transmisin elctrica Mantaro Caravel Montalvo que ejecuta el consorcio Isonor Transmisin de Espaa. El suministro de energa depende de que se termine la lnea de transmisin que va del centro del pas hasta la estacin de Montalvo, en Moquegua, y esperemos que se termine en el primer trimestre del 2011, refiri. Agreg que Southern invertir recursos en la construccin de una lnea de transmisin que conecte la mina Ta Mara, que demandar hasta

La lnea que construirn entre Montalvo y Ta Mara va a quedar lista para agosto o septiembre del prximo ao, por lo que estarn listos para cuando llegue la energa, asever. La empresa Enersur ha firmado con Southern un contrato de abastecimiento de energa elctrica para el proyecto Ta Mara. El MINEM viene mediando en el conflicto suscitado entre los gobiernos locales de la zona de influencia del proyecto y la poblacin por el tema del agua, la empresa ha planteado alternativas que estn siendo evaluadas. El ministerio reiter la disposicin de seguir dialogando con las poblaciones involucradas a fin de llegar a acuerdos satisfactorios para las partes. TOROMOCHO MINERA CHINALCO PER S.A. Con la aprobacin de la licencia social lograda con la comunidad de Morococha, comenzar en el 2010 la construccin del megaproyecto de cobre Toromocho. El vicepresidente de la Corporacin Ren Xudong, anuncio que invertirn US$ 2,150 millones en el proyecto, que se convertir en la mina de cobre ms moderna del pas. Su construccin se iniciar el prximo ao y debe entrar en operaciones el 2012 para producir 275 mil toneladas de cobre metlico. Destac que Chinalco se ubica entre las 500 empresas ms poderosas del mundo y tiene una posicin dominante en los campos tecnolgicos, de gestin de mercado y recursos de capital. Agreg que hasta el momento ya ha invertido US$ 40 millones en la planta de tratamiento de aguas cidas y en otros proyectos sociales, lo que permitir mejorar las condiciones de vida de la poblacin aledaa al proyecto minero. LA ZANJA MINERA LA ZANJA S.A. El proyecto La Zanja del Grupo Buenaventura, esta en la etapa de construccin luego de haber obtenido la aprobacin de su Estudio de Impacto Ambiental (EIA) as como el consentimiento social en audiencia publica en la zona de influencia del proyecto. La empresa estima entrar en operacin el segundo semestre del 2010. El proyecto de oro a requerido una inversin de US$ 60 millones y producir 100,000 Oz/Au por ao.

HIERRO APURIMAC APURIMAC FERRUM S.A. Subsidiaria de Strike resources de Australia, desarrolla el proyecto Hierro Apurimac. Strike Resources Limited anunci haber ejercido su opcin de comprar un 38.5% de participacin de la minera peruana Apurimac Ferrum. Strike Resources indic que, sumando la intencin de compra reciente con las participaciones directas e indirectas, contara con el mayor accionariado de AF, que tiene proyectos en el Cusco y Apurmac. De acuerdo al convenio realizado entre accionistas en noviembre del 2006 (Strike, Mapsa y el Grupo D&C), a Strike Resources se le dio la opcin de tener un 38.5% del capital de AF. Finalmente, seal que el precio internacional del cobre ha iniciado un proceso de mejora, luego de la crisis internacional, y est a 2.70 dlares por libra, pero se espera que en lo que resta del ao llegue hasta 2.80 dlares. MINA JUSTA MARCOBRE SAC La minera junior canadiense Chariot Resources, que desarrolla el proyecto cuprfero Mina Justa, ubicado en Marcona (Ica), anunci que el proyecto fue declarado formalmente de inters nacional por parte del MEM, lo que facilitar la aprobacin de su Estudio de Impacto Ambiental y Social (EIAS). El presidente de Chariot Resources, Ulli Rath, asegur que esta declaracin confirma la contribucin global del proyecto al desarrollo y futuro del pas y se ajusta a las disposiciones de la Ley General de Minera peruana. HAQUIRA MINERA ANTARES PERU S.A.C. Filial de la junior canadiense Antares Minerals Inc, vienen explorando el proyecto Haquira. Antares Minerals di a conocer la ltima perforacin de 10 agujeros en la propiedad de cobre, molibdeno y oro de Haquira, ubicado en la provincia de Cotabambas (Apurmac). Ellos totalizaron una profundidad de 8,495.25 metros. Los resultados determinaron que la mineralizacin en estas muestras contienen 0.65% a 1.14% de cobre equivalente (que agrupa a metales como molibdeno y oro). Subsidiaria de Sulliden Gold Corp de Canada viene explorando el proyecto Shahuindo en Cajamarca; La canadiense Sulliden Exploration inform que ha firmado un Acuerdo de Resolucin con la compaa minera Algamarca de todos los conflictos y litigios asociados con la propiedad del proyecto minero Shahuindo, donde se ratifica el contrato de cesin del 2002 por parte de la segunda empresa a Sulliden. En ese sentido, tanto Algamarca como Sulliden han aceptado retirarse y abandonar todos los procesos y apelaciones en procedimientos judiciales entablados. Dentro del acuerdo firmado, Sulliden acord pagar un total de 13.5 millones de dlares, de los cuales un milln 250 mil se pagaron en el momento de la firma, mientras que la cifra restante ser cancelada en cuotas diferidas durante un perodo de dos aos. El presidente de Sulliden, John Kearney, indic que la empresa emitir nueve millones 575 mil acciones ordinarias (9.8 por ciento); as como otorgar un Retorno Neto de Fundicin (NSR) redimible de 1.5 por ciento, y emitir un milln 250 mil acciones ordinarias a terceros no vinculados, en pago de una comisin por su colaboracin en la facilitacin y negociacin de las resoluciones. Adems, Sulliden tambin ha concluido un acuerdo de opcin de exploracin con una empresa peruana privada asociada, que posee 14 concesiones mineras parcialmente adyacentes a la propiedad Shahuindo. Durante el perodo de opcin, Sulliden puede llevar a cabo exploraciones en las 14 concesiones mineras y tiene la opcin, por un perodo de tres aos, de adquirir la propiedad al precio de compra de cinco millones de dlares, sujeto a una regala de tres por ciento de NSR.
