4. Develop a critical evaluation why transportation should be viewed and considered as a tourism
product in both functional and as tourism form. Thus, develop a conclusive comparative analysis
between transportation for tourism and transportation as tourism with emphasis on the intrinsic value
as a tourism experience.
Tourism has emerged as an important sector of tourism strategies and leisure behaviour globally.
Transportation through its role of movement of goods and people, decisively influences the other
branches of the world economy. Without transportation there won’t be the travel and tourism industry,
people won’t have means to reach another places that they desire to see. Therefore, the development
on transportation is linked to the development of tourism. Transportation has been an important part of
tourism industry because transportation links tourists with various tourist attractions transportation
should consider, because this sector is one of the main important in industry and when there are better
transportation we can expand more in tourism industry.
