SISTEMA PILOTAJE
 El aceite hidráulico fluye desde el depósito hidráulico hasta la entrada de la bomba
accesoria.
 El aceite se presuriza en la bomba a una presión de salida de 2500 psi.
 El aceite presurizado fluye hacia un sistema de distribución y se distribuye a los
distintos circuitos. El aceite que fluye hacia el sistema piloto se dirige a una válvula
de control de flujo con compensación de presión de 2.5 GPM.
 Una vez que el aceite pasa por el control de flujo, el aceite ingresa a un manifold
común al que están conectadas las válvulas solenoides proporcionales. Las válvulas
de control proporcionales están etiquetadas como tales en el diagrama de potencia
del fluido:

 Una válvula de alivio de 450 psi está en paralelo con las válvulas de control
proporcionales. Esta válvula de alivio mantiene una presión de suministro constante
de 450 psi para las válvulas solenoides proporcionales.
 Cuando se envía una señal eléctrica PWM al solenoide proporcional HD, la válvula
proporcional comenzará a abrirse. El porcentaje de apertura es directamente
proporcional al ciclo de trabajo del PWM. A medida que el cartucho comienza a
abrirse, se permite el paso de aceite piloto a través de la válvula proporcional y se
envía a la válvula de control principal (HUSCO).

 Mientras el aceite del piloto fluye hacia la válvula HUSCO, una parte del aceite del
piloto se envía a una válvula de retención que está conectada al manifold del
transductor de presión comando piloto mayor. Este transductor es común a las
cuatro válvulas proporcionales. Informará la presión piloto más alta ordenada en un
momento dado. Debido a que este es un manifold común, la válvula de retención se
usa para aislar la presión piloto a otro movimiento hidráulico.

 Pero debido a este circuito “O”, el aceite quedaría atrapado dando una indicación de
presión piloto máxima retenida. Para permitir que se purgue esta presión atrapada,
se conecta un orificio de .025 ”al manifold. El orificio permite un drenaje lento del
aceite piloto de regreso al depósito hidráulico. Debido al tamaño del orificio, el
drenaje tiene un efecto mínimo sobre el flujo piloto real.

 El transductor de presión Comando piloto mayor permite al operador o al personal de


mantenimiento ver la presión piloto real que se envía a la válvula HUSCO, pero no se
usa activamente como retroalimentación de control.

The force inputs functions provide advanced testing functionality. These actions allow the
technician with Service Level Access or greater to force input channels of the VCU to a known
Joystick state. This is an advanced function that is not needed for the diagnosis of most machine issues.
Several forces are available via the maintenance screen. All other forces are available only
through the channel browser.
