RESUMEN SOBRE LA PANDEMIA

Durante estos últimos años nos enfrentamos a una epidemia que es el covid-19, es una pandemia que a ido atacando
a muchos de nosotros en especial a nuestros abuelitos que son personas mayores y también a nuestros pequeños de
la casa son más vulnerados con esta pandemia.

Muchas de las personas y familias se cuidaron muy bien según a las indicaciones que nos informaban en los hospitales,
centro de salud, hasta el mismo ministerio de salud y en medios de comunicación.

En estos 3 años durante la pandemia, mi familia y yo nos cuidamos en la primera ola del covid-19 con evaporaciones
y mates de medicinas naturales como la wira-wira, eucalipto, kari-kari, vinagre, limón y etc. Y en la segunda ola si nos
contagiamos con el covid-19 debido a que no precavimos los cuidados necesarios para esta pandemia. Y en la tercera
ola mi familia tuvo que acudir a las vacunas, donde estas vacunas eran como una protección para no presentar
síntomas del covid.

La mayoría de las personas desconocieron con su ignorancia a esta pandemia y tanto a las vacunas; hubo malas
informaciones por los medios de comunicación, malos entendidos por las redes y en todo. También en la mayoría de
las personas no utilizaban el barbijo y hasta el día de hoy seguimos sin ponernos un barbijo, también existe
aglomeración por las personas en distintos lugares, donde no demuestran respeto a la salud ni por ellos ni por los
demás.

A sido tan difícil de convivir con la pandemia porque muchos de nosotros perdimos a nuestros seres queridos y no
solo aquí en Bolivia sino a nivel mundial y lamentablemente muchos de los lugares como en las comunidades no
contaban con los equipos necesarios en los centros de salud para enfrentarnos a esta pandemia, también hubo
negligencia por parte de algunos doctores y enfermeros. Y debemos reconocer también a la mayoría de los doctores
y enfermeros de distintos hospitales o centro de salud que sorprendentemente sobrevivieron, dieron la vida por los
demás cuidaban a esas personas que tenía covid en si ponían en riesgo su vida por salvar esas personas.

Y por último mi concejo seria que no seamos ignorantes, no nos dejemos influenciar por personas que les vale y por
las redes las falsas informaciones, ya depende de cada uno cuidarse y sobrevivir con esta pandemia. Seamos
conscientes de ponernos el barbijo y todas las medidas de bioseguridad y respetar la salud por los demás.

SUMMARY ON THE PANDEMIC

During these last years have faced an epidemic that is covid-19, it is a pandemic that has been attacking
many of, especially our grandparents who are elderly and also our little ones in the house are more vulnerable
with this pandemic.

Many of the people and families took very good care of themselves according to the indications that they
informed us in hospitals, health centers, even the Ministry of Health itself and in the media.

In these 3 years during the pandemic, my family and I took care of ourselves in the first wave of covid-19 with
evaporations and mates of natural medicines such as wira-wira, eucalyptus, kari-kari, vinegar, lemon and
etc. And in the second wave get infected with covid-19 because we do not take the necessary care for this
pandemic. And in the third wave my family had to go to the vaccines, where these vaccines were like a
protection so as not to present symptoms of covid.

Most of the people were unaware of this pandemic both of the vaccines; there was misinformation by the
media, misunderstandings by the networks and in everything. Also in most people they did not use the
chinstrap and to this day we still do not wear a chinstrap, there is also crowding by people in different places,
where they do not show respect for health neither for themselves for others.
It has been so difficult to live with the pandemic because many of us lost our loved ones and not only here in
Bolivia but worldwide and unfortunately many of the places such as the communities not have the necessary
equipment in the health centers to facing this pandemic, there was also negligence on the part of some
doctors and nurses. And we must also recognize most of the doctors and nurses from different hospitals or
health centers who surprisingly survived, gave their lives for others, cared for those people who had covid if
they put their lives at risk to save those people.

And finally, my advice would be that we are not ignorant, we do not let ourselves be influenced by people
who are worth and false information by the networks, it is up to each one to take care of themselves and
survive with this pandemic. Let's be aware of putting on our chinstrap and all biosecurity measures and
respecting health for others.
