hidráulico o el latiguillo situado en el interior
del grupo, debemos soltar los tornillos Allen
de la base del motor y elevar el conjunto

Para ello debemos colocar un utillaje
diseñado para tal fin colgado de la capota.
En primer lugar, debemos soltar las tuercas
que sujetan las barras de seguridad por el
interior de la capota, unos 7mm
aproximadamente.

A continuación introducir la placa base del
utillaje en los tornillos que hemos soltado
hasta hacer contacto con la placa de la
capota, y desplazarla lateralmente para que
las tuercas queden en la ranura rasgada de
los orificios de la placa del utillaje, como se
ve en la fotografía siguiente:
Then slip the base plate of the tool over
these bolts until it touches the nacelle cover
plate, and move it sideways so that the nuts
go into the slots in the tool plate, as in the
following photograph:

Seguidamente colocaremos las argollas en
los puntos de elevación del motor, y
pondremos la barra de elevación unida
mediante los mosquetones a dichas
argollas.
Then position the rings in the lifting points of
the motor and secure the lifting bar to these
rings using the carabineers.

Una vez sujetado el motor, debemos atar el
extremo de la sirga de elevación, a un
polipasto colocado en la base del
intercooler de la multiplicadora al extremo
opuesto del grupo.
Once the motor is secure, fasten the end of
the lifting cable to a hoist in the base of the
gearbox intercooler at the end opposite the
unit.

A continuación soltamos los tornillos Allen
de la base del motor mediante una llave
Allen de 10mm, y elevamos el conjunto.

Cabe la posibilidad de que al elevar el
conjunto motor-bomba, la capota ceda
hacia abajo debido al peso, y no
tengamos suficiente margen para extraer
el conjunto.
En ese caso, debemos colocar un puntal
en el punto indicado en la fotografía
inferior, para evitar que la capota baje,
apoyándolo en la base del grupo
hidráulico.
It is possible that when hoisting the motor-
pump assembly the nacelle cover is pulled
downwards by the weight and there is not
enough space to remove the assembly.
In that case, place a strut at the point
shown in the photograph below to stop the
nacelle cover sagging, supporting it on the
base of the hydraulic unit.
