Competencia: Comprender textos en inglés en forma escrita y auditiva.
Resultados de Aprendizaje Alcanzar:
 Buscar de manera sistemática información específica y detallada en
escritos en inglés, mas estructurados y con mayor contenido técnico.
 Reproducir en inglés frases o enunciados simples que permitan
expresar de forma lenta ideas.
 Identificar formas gramaticales básicas en textos y documentos
elementales escritos en inglés.
 Encontrar y utilizar sin esfuerzo vocabulario y expresiones de inglés
técnico en artículos de revistas, libros especializados, páginas web, etc.

Duración de la Guía: 50 horas.

2. PRESENTACIÓN

El aprender un nuevo idioma, hace que gocemos de nuevas oportunidades en nuestras

vidas, ya sea en lo social, familiar o laboral. Uno de los motivos por los que se le da tanta
importancia al inglés es porque prácticamente en cualquier parte del mundo puedes
encontrar a alguien que hable o se comunique en inglés, ya que se trata de la lengua
vehicular. Sin embargo, su interés va mucho más allá, porque el inglés es idioma oficial o
cooficial en 58 países.

Es así es como el Sena ha implementado unas competencias a desarrollar de estudio de

lengua extranjera para brindarle al aprendiz mayores oportunidades de superación
personal que les permitirá ser competentes en el ámbito profesional. También Los

propósitos principales de la guía son facilitar el estudio del inglés técnico, dotar de un
instrumento que ayude a la comprensión del libro de texto; así como, preparar al
estudiante para la exitosa aprobación del curso mismo.

3. FORMULACIÓN DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE APRENDIZAJE

Software engineering is a discipline that involves the use of structures, tools, and
techniques to build computer programs.

Likewise, it includes the previous analysis of the situation, the drafting of the project, the
creation of the software and the necessary tests to guarantee its correct operation before
the system is operational.

This engineering addresses all phases of the development life cycle of any type of
information system and is applicable to a wide range of fields of computing and computer
science, such as the design of compilers, operating systems and intranet technologies.

control, and meteorology are just a few of the fields you can work in.
