“TALLERES ETNOEDUCATIVOS Y DE PREVENCIÒN DE EMBARAZOS EN ADOLECENTES”, el objetivo general de este proyecto es realizar
capacitaciònes en la comunidad afro de “Las Piedras” en relaciòn al fortalecimiento de las derechos fundamentals etnicos de las afro en
Colombia. Dichos talleres se impartiran por el period de un mes, y tendrán como finalidad el fortalecimiento del tejido social de la comunidad.
La segunda parte de este proyecto, tendrá como objetivo la realizaciòn de una campaña de prevención de consume de drogas y prevenciòn del
Embarazo adolecente, por peticiòn directa del Consejo Comunitario de las Piedras, pues en estos momentos de acuerdo a un studio previo de
Realizado por dicho Consejo Comunitario, que determine que al menos un 45% de las niñas y adolecentes entre 12 a 18 años han estado o se

Las habilidades y competencias que adquirira el pasante al final de este proyecyo serán:
1 La capacidad de trabajo con comunidad vulnerables
2. experiencia en proyecto comunitario con inmersiòn total
3. identificaciòn de factores comunitarios que fomentan los estados de vulnerabilidad de los grupos vulnerables
4. fortalecimiento de conocimientos teoricos en relaciòn a prevenciòn del embarazo en adolecentes
Monitoring plan: El pasante contarà con la evalución seminal del supervisor encargado, donde se supervisará el cumplimiento de las mestas semanales,
establevidas con anterioridad. Para ello se entregarán reports semanales, con evidencias fotograficas, listados de asistencias y actas de las reunions. De
igual manera, se pasante podra se parte de las reunions semanales del equipo de gerencia de FEM, donde tendrà la oportunidad de establecer metas,
tareas. Y este mismo podrá solicitor materiales. Apoyo y demás imprevistos.

Evaluation plan: Al final de la pasantía el pasante recibira una certificación por parte de la Fundación FEM, donde se desallaran las horas y capacitades
adquiridas. Contando las las firmas del directora ejecutiva de la Fundaciòn y el supervisor asignado.

Programme Country Institution and the trainee should also commit to what is set out in the Erasmus+ grant agreement. The Programme Country Institution
undertakes to respect all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to traineeships and the Partner Country Institution commits to
respect the principles agreed in the inter-institutional agreement for institutions located in Partner Countries.
